Only one star for poor customer service not the food quality. I ordered kabobs via DoorDash couple of days ago and when I received my food there was only kabobs inside the container!!! Not even a piece of bread or vegetable or onion or sumac which usually comes with Persian kabob. I called the store and talked to the manager. He said not all customers eat bread with kabob!!! Also if you need any sides you need to pay extra! He added all other Iranian restaurants are doing the same.
I called Negeen restaurant and asked if I order just kabobs without rice what comes in my box? The person said it comes with bread, onion and sumac, also sometimes we add vegetable.
Dear manager of Isfahan kabob! It would be nice if you apologized first about my bad experience, even I mentioned the quality of my food was good but I expected more, you did not get my point and even worse you lied to me saying all other restaurants are preparing their order like this!
I will not come back to your restaurant and I am not recommending your store as a good place to eat something. In order to compete with others in business, customers service is playing a big rule. I recommend reading some management or customer service related...
Read moreThe Food While searching for what to eat, my friend and I decided we wanted the Mediterranean. We discovered Isfahan Kabob & Beryani. Based on the review and picture it seems pretty good, so we decided to give it a try. We ended up deciding to order the same thing, Lamb Kabob Combo, with 1 Fillet & 1 Kubideh and Persian Tea. So here are some notes: The Persian Tea was good The Kubideh of the combo was good But the Lamb itself was very tough and no lamb taste The quality of the meat wasn't that good The flavor was also a bit lacking, for the meat and rice
The Miscellaneous The restaurant is along a main road. It does have parking in front, but other shops also share the spaces. The inside is small with a few tables and an open kitchen. Their menu has a variety of items, from appetizers to wraps to kabobs to entrees and more. But one thing to note is that they did not update their menu prices. They'll charge you more without informing you. Their prices listed above the kitchen are different also, which make it confusing. They don't have the quality as some other places, and they are more expensive. I would recommend checking out other Mediterranean...
Read moreThis is my update on my previous review. From time to time, I update my reviews, based on following visits or orders from restaurants that we either dine in or order. In most cases the level of service, quality of food and other important elements that matter to me don’t change, however, in this particular case, regretfully it’s been quite disappointing. Please note that I’ve given this restaurant three chances after my initial review, and unfortunately it did not pass the test. On one occasion, I placed a large order which included nine skewers of Koobideh (ground beef), and only received one skewer in that order. When I called the restaurant and asked for the manager to please contact me, I never received a call back. Another time the portions were much smaller than the first time, I called the restaurant and again never received a call back from the manager. Third time, the rice portion had been reduced even more than other times in the past. When the owner or manager of a restaurant fails to return their customer’s call, to me it translates to lack of respect, which can eventually result in lack...
