I left this on yelp but think everyone on google should read this too!
I love this place! I moved to San Jose last January and I would always pass this restaurant. I’m not the type to crave pho much. But once I did and I decided to try this place, I’m craving it more often. Their broth is really boasting with flavor. Their Thai ice tea is perfect, not too sweet, and thick! The owners are so humble too. Of the three times, they seat us right away and are so quiet and sweet. The last time we paid with card, and as we were paying, the guy at the register almost skipped the tip. I immediately pressed 20% before he could completely press pay, and his eyes lit up! He was so appreciative of the tip and he didn’t expect it! This is my favorite thing about thhe restaurant. The customer service. I’ve convinced my boyfriend to enjoy pho much more often.
I hope more people hear of this place...
Read moreIt was my first time here. Drove 2.5 hours to a seminar and was hungry I looked up for the nearest Pho restaurant and found this one. Restaurant didn't have good service. The waitress didn't greet or have a smile on face at all! It was pretty much dead. The restaurant was empty when we got there at 4pm. Kind of hoping they'll be glad to have at least some customer but I guess I know why now. The food didn't taste that good either! I ordered a combination pho and normally it would come with assorted meat, meatballs, and some seafood...It didn't have any except few slices of beef and 1 meatball that's been cut into two slices. I would NOT recommend anybody here. I should have looked for something else when I saw the emptiness of the parking lot and inside...
Read moreI've been coming to this location since it was Pho My. Service and food quality picked up after the new ownership and name change but it's been steadily dropping off ever since. Broth used to be very flavorful which is a key component of any good Pho, but it just tastes bland now. Also noodles are overdone and arrive very soft and easy to break with just chopsticks which shouldn't be happening. It's pretty hard to mess up rice noodles but these guys have started consistently messing up something that basic. I get that I'm clearly Caucasian, but I know what the hell I'm expecting and have had better from this location in the past which makes me very...
