I ordered online and when we got there to pick up our food. First they gave us the wrong order and we returned it. And They said our order was already picked up. We asked them if they show the order ticket before handing our food to someone else. And they said supposedly yes. We asked for the name of the employee who gave our order to the wrong person and the manager denied our petition. We also asked the “manager” to look at the camera to see if the person who picked up our order showed the ticket or not. She refused and didn’t want to give us our order. Bad service. Can’t even get a simple order right and the manager didn’t help at all. After like half an hour of waiting they finally gave us our order and they told us “here’s your order AGAIN” basically accusing us of stealing.

Supervisor or manager someone check the cameras please. I will definitely not be ordering online from you guys again. I was trying to save time but ended up wasting my time and was falsely accused of trying to...

I love jack in the box BUT THIS location just wow. They’re never busy but some how ALWAYS forget something the fries are cold as ice almost like it is ridiculous. I went yesterday bought one of the new dip and crunch well I was told to wait and when o received my order went home and I live around the corner let me be clear. The fries where cold. The dip n crunch was missing the dipping sauce and whatever I’m supposed to dip in. I ask for ranch because I ordered 40$ worth of food and 2 ranch’s is not enough well they even charge you for that just avoid this location all together go to the one on King and story or at willow glen like I said I live around the corner from this place where the Chuck E. Cheese is at and I will never come back. Worst service to be the only car in line and still get cold fries and...

I feel like the other reviews about like running smoothly is total bull. I’ve been coming here at least once or twice sometimes even more and every time I come I have to wait more than 20-30 mins in the drive thru. On top of that I used to ask for a whopper jr. WITHOUT cheese and kept receiving it WITH cheese. Told the worker once and he gave me so much attitude when I told I received it “every time” with cheese and and was kept saying “oh it shouldn’t be” , “that’s not possible” ….. like if it’s not possible I wouldn’t be telling you.. lol. Anyway I just gave from then on.. if I get it back cheese … then I do. Not going to waste more time after waiting so long in drive thru to go back and ask for another burger. Lucky I’m not allergic to cheese or else I’d be suing because allergic reactions...

Recently, I've been asked my PIN number when using my Debit card. The first time, I unwisely did. But I changed my PIN as soon as I got home. The second time, they asked me for my PIN again, I asked him if I can put it in myself. He hesitated and said it's because our card reader is broken but he reached out the PIN pad to me and it worked just fine. If it's because they are being lazy to hand out the PIN pad then they should not be working cashier at the drive thru. This seems a little sketchy though and I don't think it's protocol to ask for the customers PIN number eithed. In addition, they only serve Milkshakes after 6 AM. May 11th 2024, cashier swiped my Card and asked me for my PIN. Do they get trained to do this? Why do they ask this?

Very rude. Someone there made a mistake and gave my order to door dash (which I never ordered through) and when I showed proof I ordered carry out and it was on them for the confusion they were very rude with both me and my husband. When they handed off the order they said "here's your food for the second time" and gave the worst attitude ever. Either the person who claimed it was doordash lied to them or they made a mistake and instead of just saying sorry and fixing it, it was drawn out in a very unprofessional manner. (Preface I work retail so I completely understand mistakes happening. I do not excuse rude and disrespectful service no matter the circumstance) photo provided to show it was ordered through drive through not door dash
