Ladygomitas y Misterbirria — Restaurant in San Jose

They literally have the absolute BEST birria in town. And I've tried EVERY birria spot in SJ and many of them in SF. I even prefer Ladygomiras y Misterbirria over the best birria spots in SF. They're that good. If you live birria and quesabirrias, this is THE place to go. Try it and you'll thank me later. I always bring my friends and family and they love it as well.

They also have much more than birria tacos. They have birria everything. From tacos to quesadillas to tortas to quemaditas to tostadas, even birria pho! Their birria burrito is one of the biggest burritos I've ever eaten and it's one of my favorite items of theirs; it is packed with birria and truly lives up to the name SUPER burrito.

I got 2 Keto tacos and a small consumè on the side. I heard they have some of the best birria tacos in town so I had to stop by. It was beyond what I was expecting! The Birria was made perfect, very tender and had so much flavor especially with the fried cheese crust instead of a tortilla. Super cheesy and stuffed with meat. I Ioved the cheese pull with every bite. The consumé was good and went well with the tacos. Also, recently tried the Birria Quesadilla and it was so freaking good just alittle sad they keep forgetting the consumè on the side when I been ordering lately.
