McDonald's — Restaurant in San Jose

They had a difficult time taking your order. I go here because it's close to my house and I like the pricing and what the heck is McDonald's okay out of 30 times I've been there in the last 60 days 50% of the order has been wrong and if you ask him a question they get very upset with you this last time I had to repeat myself multiple times and still the person taking the order did not understand. I will admit I used one bad word after trying to deal with getting my order correct which happened to be two burgers a fry and a large Coke that was it extra onions and I'm going to demonstrate for you I do this all the time this is like a box of chocolates you never know what you're going to get they have good people here and they have people that are very much defensive because they get yelled at on the suming quite a bit if I had an opportunity the talk to the store manager that would be great but the person I ended up talking to said she was a store manager and she lied about it and then I said to myself it's too bad they're the only game in town I guess I'll have to go to Jack In The Box for now on very disappointed in myself just certain agreed to argue over simple order that's why I'm making this long and in detail if you go there Please be aware if you don't do it by the numbers and ask questions you're not going to get...

I came here to order some food through drive through. The line was not long but the lady handling drive-through was snappy and seemed irritated. I gave her my order and when receiving my food i realized i got the wrong order. I went in the building for them to fix it. Maria grabbed my food and said its correct and pushed the food bag. I went over the reciept order with her, she snapped at me saying she would fix it! She told the burger-maker to add the correct condiments to the incorrect sandwich. I told her i couldnt eat certain things. "Please make me a new one." She replied harshly, "we are making you a new one!" Yeah, and shes the one in charge.. I told her "I can see the sandwich being pulled apart and adding sauces." I told her to PLEASE remake it. Do not add sauces to an already messed up sandwich. She snapped at me saying it was NEW! Keep in mind that i can see clearly and directly in the back where they are messing with the sandwich. I asked for my money back, she asked why?! I demanded my money back, she was so unprofessional and rude.. i did ask for the manager to give me her name but she walked away into the back! Maria is the manager. (If thats even her real name, couldve lied, i dont know.) And she took my reciept and wouldnt...

I do not go to McDonald's EVER... maybe once a year. Today it was in walking distance of my first errand and I needed to grab something to eat quick, so I dragged my work stuff in and ordered a late breakfast. I ended up getting swallowed in work and being there for almost 3 hours... which is what prompted me to write this review. I have to recognize someone and something I have never seen before at a fast food restaurant. From the moment I got there to the minute I left, there is an older gentleman that maintains that place like it's his own home. Not once did he ever take a break, rest, stand around, pull out his phone, or get distracted. That man is a machine and keeps that place absolutely spotless. I watched an employee drop an entire case of fries and he had it cleaned up in seconds with no hesitation or complaints. He wiped tables, he mopped and swept the floor, he cleaned nonstop like he was the backbone of the operation. It was the most sanitary McDonalds Ive ever been to, thanks to him and ESPECIALLY in a time like now. He is so hardworking while everyone else stands around and waits for business to come. I hope this location takes sincere care of this employee...... He deserves appreciation and a huge raise. Trust me,...
