McDonald's — Restaurant in San Jose

the last 4 times and pretty much every time they get the order wrong with no apology. I went through the drive-thru ask for a burger with no onions or pickles and some happy meals for the kids. As I'm driving away I open my burger to find it covered with pickles and onions. No problem I haven't left the parking lot yet so I can go inside and get another one and returned to my car to leave as I'm a couple blocks away I start to open the burger and now it has no cheese or bacon I had to go back a second time. When I let the manager know and it happened she simply ordered another burger for me then forgot about me and I waited for five minutes before I let them know I hadn't gotten my burger yet. When I was given my burger she asked if I wanted to check it before I left and no apology for having to come back twice to get what I asked for. Today 1-4-23. Happy new year's everyone. This morning I went to get a double sausage burrito meal around 8am. Got it before the weather gets any worse today. I got my food and paid for it normally. The only gripe I have with this place is the Mexican employee at the drive thru. She's usually handing out the food at the 2nd window in the mornings. She is rude as hell. This maybe 2023 but I expect that employee to greet me just like the other employees with a Thank you have a nice day. Nope she doesn't say a word and you can't play the no Ingles card. I can understand some Spanish. So for her to glare at me while handing my food without saying a word before doing anything else is just rude and terrible service. I'm definitely taking away some star's from my original rating. I hope the McDonald's manager reads this. Not acceptable....

Great place, fast, efficient, just like the Germans envisioned. Everything about this place from the extremely fast, assembly-like moving line, to the expansive dining room, to the super spacious almost cavernous bathrooms that echo when you yell "I'm lovin' it!", everything at this McDonald's is big like your uncle Randy, and just as fun. Right next door is a shopping center with a thrift store, and across the street is the bridge where Megan lives, and she may look like a 12 year old boy but don't let that dissuade you, she's all woman. 5 out of 5 stars, and less teeth next time Megan, I bought you the large fry AND a Dr. Pepper, that's two whole extra dollars over than what you charge, I deserve a good customer experience, sans...
