Today was one of my worst experience coming to this McDonald's. I have had issues in the past but usually the management team is good about addressing the issues that come up. Today at 6:33 this morning I have been coming to this McDonald's for about 15 years or so, I originally came here because it was my day off for the week and I didn't have to be at work at 4 am today. I was excited this time considering the fact that I'm usually at work before McDonald's even opens. So I was planning on getting some breakfast. I ended up only buying a hot chocolate because the cashier killed my appetite giving me attitude as soon as I walked in the door. I was not greeted when I came in or walking up the line and there was only one other customer in the restaurant. I asked if I could have a bathroom token because the one man in line was being very indecisive and taking a while. The cashier ignored me completely so I stepped up and asked again very directly she proceeded to tell me that the bathroom is for customers only in that I would have to buy something first. I was already standing in line for a bit before I asked for a bathroom talking so I think it was very obvious that I had the intention of buying something. I replied with okay. And she turned her attention back to the man in line and he was stepped aside letting me ask for a token but she tried to ignore me. I then asked again for a token and she asked if I was going to buy something first I told her that's why I was in the restaurant and was alredy in line not walking straight to the counter. She seemed to be having a really bad attitude and she finally have me a token and didn't even hand it to me she shoved it into my had (extremely rude). I went to the restroom then came out to see a man walk in at to the side of the counter to ask for a token and was greeted by the same woman and given a token.. I asked her if she was going to tell him the same thing about it being for customers and she replied he is a customer he comes every day... so I then asked for a manager to take my order and I believe her name was lola I tried to explain what had happened and the original cashier started talking to her manager with the same attitude and cutting me off.. so I could even talk to the manager because it seemed they were good friends and nothing was going to happen anyway. Walking out the restaurant the cashier started talking about me to her manager saying "I wasn't having attitude he was, he..." so I turned around and cut her off saying to the manager if you want to hear the issues I'm willing to file a complaint and the cashier walked up to me saying "what did you just say" seeming angry and I told her I was talking to the manager and she said "yea that's what I thought" and the manager at this point ignored me. I told her is she didn't address it she would be included in my complain to which she replied "thank you have a good day bye now" horrible service I will be contacting corporate...
Read moreIncredibly rude people. I went through the drive thru. I ordered a cheeseburger combo that comes with 2 cheeseburgers, 2 medium fries, 20 piece chicken nuggets. I also ordered a big mac meal as well as a quarter pounder meal. I ordered barbecue and sweet and sour sauce. This in total cost me $31.86. When I received my food, I proceeded to check if my order was correct. I saw that I had not received my sauces. My barbecue sauce and sweet and sour sauce were missing. I told the person that i was missing my sauces. The person said there were plenty. So i double checked and THERE WERE NONE. I was about to tell them that I had none again, the person shoved 2 sweet and sour sauces into my hand. I took the sauces and they pushed me to go forward. They rudely gave me sauce and yelled at me to move forward or more out the way. I got home and wasn’t pleased with how i was treated. My family was waiting at home for the food and when they unboxed the food, there were things missing. The 20 piece chicken nuggets were missing as well as one of the medium fries. Wow this place sucks. Not only did they rush me through the drive thru, they didn’t even give me enough food. I tried calling them to tell them about it and they didn’t pick up. Read moreI recently visited a McDonald’s location, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, taking an unreasonably long time to acknowledge me at the counter despite the restaurant being relatively empty.
When my order was finally taken, it was incorrect. I asked for a simple modification, but it was completely ignored. After waiting for another 10 minutes, I received my meal—cold and poorly prepared. The fries were soggy, and the burger had clearly been sitting around for a while.
The worst part, however, was the complete lack of accountability. When I approached the counter to address the issues, the employees seemed irritated rather than apologetic. No effort was made to resolve the situation, and I left feeling completely disregarded as a customer.
Overall, this McDonald’s location clearly lacks basic service standards. I won’t be returning anytime soon and would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick,...
