McDonald's — Restaurant in San Jose

Ordered a sweet tea and it was clear as day and I asked them if they can give me some from another jug because this was the last of the barrel and mainly just water so the mgr came and asked me to go in #1 stall and they will bring me a fresh one so I agreed and then waited 25 minutes for them and finely I went thru the drive thru and asked about my sweet tea and she said someone came out 20 minutes ago and gave it to me and I said nobody came to my car to give me anything and said very rudely yes my worker gave it to you and I said I have waited very patiently and nobody came to my car and tried to charge me again and I said no I am not paying twice can I have my sweet tea that I payed for please or I will call corporate so she asked me again to go to stall #1 and I said no sorry I am not going to wait again I'll wait right here and right away she gave me my sweet tea that I paid for 35 minutes prior right away so why did she want me to go to stall #1 again smh very...

Pretty bad, when ordered I asked if they carried the guava crème pies, obviously not every location does, after a 20second pause she said no, no biggie then said they had the strawberry and apple. I said I’ll take a straberry, another 20 second pause, oh we don’t carry strawberry only apple and Oreo. This wasn’t the real issue the real issue was out of the 4 things I ordered I was given 3, meanwhile I payed for all 4. Sucks when the staff is incompetent and don’t even know what they have on their menu. McDonald in Los Gatos and Blossom Hill are league better, too bad they don’t stay...

10:15 Thirsday night Drive thru girl waa sassy and flppant when we asked for sauce. When she opened the window to give it to us she said you said NO SAUCE with a smarty rude attitude...abruptly slammed window and a dirty look to boot! Well we are fairly young... the speaker was a bit garbled and my husband is severely hearing impaired... neither one of us heard you ask about sauce... just sides... So you could have said your peace with a little less attitude and we might even have apologized. Instead... we write this review and will not return to be verbally...
