Placed an online order for one medium-sized pizza. We got to the restaurant 20 minutes after placing the order, which was the time that it was supposed to be ready. The cashier told us they need 10 more minutes to finish the pizza. Understandable, they were pretty busy and had a few other people already waiting for orders as well. After another 20 minutes of waiting around, a worker checked on my order and he told me the order will take about another 40 minutes.
This was just ridiculous... Over an hour of waiting for a single pizza. At this point, we asked if we could just cancel the order and get a refund, to which the worker told us he "doesn't know" if we could do that. We just left at this point.
As for the other customers who were waiting for their orders: one guy placed his order of four pizzas 2 hours before we got there and he was still waiting. Others who were already waiting when we got there also had to wait over an hour for their orders. Meanwhile, people who had just entered the restaurant were getting their orders right away.
The staff is also pretty rude. I saw one worker pick up a phone call and immediately place the phone on the counter without saying anything. And the last time we went here, the cashier gave me the nastiest attitude before I even opened my mouth.
I would advise staying away from this restaurant. I don't think I see myself...

I put in an order at 11:00am , and was told by the person on staff it would take 45-55 minutes which is fine.. the pizza did not deliver for 90 minutes.. and the excuse I was given was that the driver could not find the building (I thought that is why I leave a phone number to call them?)- when i called into MM's to request a discount, I was told that a manager would need to be get involved, and would receive a callback in an hour.. I received no call, 3 days go by, I call back yesterday to get an answer.. and was then told by the manager, that he needed to speak to the employee and would be contacted back in 30 minutes to an hour.. another 3 hours go by and I call back, and I was told that I now need to speak to a supervisor.. this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and was not even given an opportunity for a discount (when the pizza was way beyond late, customer calling me asking where the pizza was)- when this location is 4 miles away from delivery... I will NEVER order from this location again, and for the manager who oversees 3 locations in the area, I would not suggest ordering from them either....
Read moreI when in to get a pizza and I had a coupon for 40% off on any purchases on Tuesday, I was told to to wait while that would make my order they came back and they charge me and the cashier told me that the coupon did not apply for the extra large pizza that I bought said that it was a misprint and I asked him if he was for sure that that was the case on the coupon. Nothing about only applying to certain size pizzas the coupon said any purchase so I ended up paying full price. So don’t even bother to take your coupons because they will not honor them. I also complained to corporate and all I got was that they were going to talk to the owner of the restaurant because it’s privately owned. For my review, it’s on their customer service.
