Customers beware! We visited this karaoke last night and had an incredibly bad experience with the staff.

The karaoke machine wasn't working properly, allowing us to choose only a very limited number of songs. We called one of the workers to see if he could fix it. He tried to change the songs and restart the machine, and after a minute or two of silence, he said it was working and immediately left. We were surprised by his reaction, but when we tried the machine again, nothing was working. We had to call the staff for a second time. This time, the worker admitted that the machine wasn't fully functional but again left the room very quickly without offering any help.

At this point, we had no choice but to speak with the manager at the front desk. We approached the manager and politely explained the situation, but he immediately became defensive and, in a very aggressive manner, told us that there was no guarantee the karaoke would be functional. He then tried to gaslight us into staying by saying, "We have a great selection of songs; maybe you can try some other ones instead."

We were shocked but tried to remain composed and explain our side of things. He continued his aggressive ranting with statements like, "You are renting the room, not the karaoke machine, so there's no guarantee the karaoke will work at all" (which sounds like plain fraud if that's really how they operate).

I must emphasize that throughout our conversation with the manager, he never once tried to be helpful or understand our concerns. It wasn't just the manager who was problematic; the entire staff seemed to take pleasure in our frustration, with smirks on their faces as we tried to resolve the issue. I'm not exaggerating: the people working at this place are rotten and don't care about their customers for even a second.

They had one of our party member's driver's licenses on hold and refused to return it unless we paid the full price for the night, plus the cost of a tea we never even had a chance to drink.

Naturally, we refused and had to call the police to resolve the situation and retrieve the driver's license from these highly unprofessional people. Only after the police arrived did their attitude change, and they returned the driver's license.

We will never return to this place again. Save yourself a major headache and try a different karaoke place! The people working here have no idea how to treat customers—avoid...

Beware this place is a scam. The workers were extremely aggressive and rude towards us. The song choices are incredibly limited and not really what we expected from a “quality” karaoke place. Also, they claimed that they only had a medium room left and we were a party of 3 (which was fine) and we expected to get charged more (I think $69/hr). But we were charged 1hr 15mins just because we were late 1 minute because we were walking out of the room. In the end, they charged us $99 for one hour because of a 15% service fee when they didn’t do anything for us to deserve a service fee. Yes, they do have it on their website but I thought that only applied to larger groups or those that bought food or drinks. I guess it applies to EVERYONE. Be careful, you could get scammed. Also, they hold your license which only made things...

It's like... As far as I know, the only decent karaoke place in Tino.

The food is extremely expensive, the drinks are mid, and the song selection is heavily skewed towards Asian songs, but all of these are expected. The food isn't expected to be good, the drinks serve their purpose, and, well, you still have access to the older classic songs(I'm 25, so even the songs I consider popular are old now).

For English, most of the songs available are from big artists, and the availability of these songs tends to drop off if they're older than ~2018.

Basically, if the gang wants to go do some karaoke, expect the classic hits, and go have some fun. Don't expect to upload your entire Spotify playlist into the queue. And be smart, get food somewhere else first. Bring water, since you'll have to pay for water...
