I can tell you that the manager Sandy was completely unprofessional and made me feel like I was not welcomed at this store. She was completely unreasonable with a small request that I’ve never had issues with before at any Panda Express.
I get a bigger plate, but I get no sides and I ask for all the entrees in the box because it’s easier to carry and it keeps carbs lower. I always ask nicely if I could please get a couple of extra pieces of broccoli since I don’t get a side. Sandy verbally almost yelled at me that this is the portion and she cannot add more. I restated I usually ask and people don’t have a problem with my simple request but if that was an issue for her it was her issue. She again berated me with this is the portion size and she cannot add any more.
Sandy did offer the terrible vegetables which I politely turned down but we all know those are no substitute with the gross kale and cabbage taste. I nicely asked her to keep moving my food down. She again restated it’s not her issue that’s the portion.
It’s very humiliating when a manager makes you feel unwelcome by such a small request. I assumed Panda Express provided better training to their managers. It’s not a difficult request or something like asking for more premium items. She was completely unprofessional in the situation and made it a bigger situation than it needed to be with the line of customers behind me.
And to just make the situation worse, the Chow Mein my partner got was hard and dry like it wasn’t fresh or had been sitting their or just not cooked correctly. And the other dish, the angus steak, was more onion than what else...
Read moreDO NOT SHOP HERE. First my fiancé asked for a sample and Phuong lies and tells us they stopped giving samples since the pandemic. It’s 5 years after and I have no other pandas telling me this ever. Then we get to the end of the line and Nyi tries to ring me up and the coin machine isn’t on. Then after he repeats to me my items I ask him to make sure I got broccoli beef because before I ordered I had seen it was low and I just knew I would have to wait. When he opened my plate there was no broccoli beef so I pay and begin waiting. The wait was not too bad I see the broccoli beef come out and by the time I got my food it was cold because Nyi tells me it’s going to be a wait and instead of calling me back up he just continues helping customers. So I stand up get back in line and wait to be helped. When I get to the front of the line I was excited to ask for my order however Nyi decides to walk away from me and the register. At this point I was fuming and looked at my fiance and said can you believe this ?! She just blamed me for not interrupting his conversation with the next customer which looking back on it I wish I would have Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Panda I hope it goes out of business after this. Read moreThis was the most horrible place to order the food. Here is my experience. I ordered food through grubhub and they send me food without forks and spoons. As I was staying at a rented room, I didn't had any forks or spoon. I called the grubhub guy why he didn't give me spoon and fork and he said I just got a packed order from Panda Express and they forgot to put it in. I called Panda Express and they were like it was not their responsibility to put spoon and forks in there and grubhub guy should have grabbed spoon and fork in there. Which was totally irresponsible on their side. Usually when you order food online from any restaurant they give you spoon and forks. Last time when I ordered food from location they send me forks and spoon. So both of Panda Express and the grub hub guy didn't take responsibility of it. And In the mean time my food got cold and how I was suppose to eat chow Mein and and rice with my hand. So I basically had to through the food away. This was worst experience I ever had come across my whole life. It happened when I was super hungry and waiting for food for like 2 hours. I will not recommend this location of Panda Express.
