I had one of the worst concert experiences on the 2nd of August for the Ateez show and I used to work for Live Nation. So it says something. To start I got to my seat with meer minutes before the show started, I was late having spent over an hour in line for merch. When I arrived in my seat I found a yellow liquid was covering the ground. I had a nice young even staff call for a clean up. The guy came 10 to 15mins later and used 1 towel to wipe the are with his foot. To say the least that didn't work. It looked fine at first but it didn't do the job. I called the girl back over but she said she didn't think anything else could be done. I tried to enjoy the show but couldn't with multiple obstacles. Floor patrons kept leaving their seats to come in front of me with there phones raised. Blocking my view. I shewed away what I could. Until one came refused to leave, she was directly in front of me. I ask the even staff girl again for help she told me she couldn't do anything, that that person with a cell phone was a worker... what is that? I took a video of her. Thats not cool or okay. Which brings me to the seats. I often buy row 1 in the 100s and 200s because I like being above and not having anyone to block my view. I am not tall. These seats were in now way what I paid $1300 for. I was only inches off the ground. It was not specified in the purchasing of the tickets that these seats were actually practically on the floor. Which is how people were consistently able to block my view. To add my seat was broken, I couldn't sit in it because it kept dipping down at the front. Back to the liquid. That stuff either kept coming or was there from the start but on those metal stands it made life horrible. My mother kept slipping on that metal floor. The fact that it was just a bleacher made it worse because people dancing and jumping made the janky thing move so she kept losing her footing and we kept slipping and sliding around. Well held on to the woobly black board in front of us for our lives. At the end of the show, it was black mush we were standing in.

After talking to SAP support they have decided they can only offer me tickets to another show not of equal value to what I paid. I can only believe it will be another poor experience with them anyway. Also they have no concert listed that I am the least bit interested in. Their excuse for not issuing a refund is that it took two weeks to contact them because I stupidly thought that it was ticketmasts fault for not clearly stating the the first couple rows were janky fixtures and not in the true 100s but more of a floor seat. I will find another way to post my videos. There isn't an option I...

SAP Center: The Ultimate Hockey Experience in the Heart of San Jose

SAP Center, also known as "The Shark Tank," is an iconic arena that stands as the heart of San Jose's sports scene. Home to the NHL’s San Jose Sharks, the venue offers one of the best live sports experiences, especially for hockey fans.

Having attended games in 2019 and 2024, my experiences at SAP Center have been nothing short of surreal. The energy inside the arena is electrifying, and there's truly nothing like the experience of watching the Sharks play in their home turf. Whether it’s the roar of the crowd or the intensity of the game, the atmosphere inside SAP Center is unmatched.

The arena’s focus on the fan experience is evident from the moment you walk through the doors. From friendly and helpful staff to efficient entry and exit procedures, every aspect is geared towards making your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The staff is consistently professional, ensuring that fans feel welcome and attended to at all times.

When it comes to amenities, SAP Center does not disappoint. The restrooms are always clean, which is a relief during high-traffic events. Food options are diverse, offering everything from traditional stadium fare to more gourmet choices. Whether you're craving a quick snack or a more filling meal, there’s something to satisfy everyone’s taste buds.

SAP Center is centrally located in San Jose, making it easy to get to from various parts of the city. With plenty of parking options nearby and public transit access, getting to and from the arena is a breeze. The surrounding area also offers many dining and entertainment options, making it a great place to visit before or after a game.

SAP Center is one of the best arenas for hockey, providing fans with a top-tier experience. From the game-day atmosphere to the excellent facilities, it's clear that this venue is dedicated to its fans. If you’re a Sharks fan or just a hockey enthusiast, attending a game here is an experience you won’t...

The SAP Center in San Jose, affectionately known as “The Shark Tank,” is a premier venue that offers a memorable experience for both sports and entertainment events. Its modern design ensures that there isn’t a bad seat in the house, providing excellent sightlines for attendees. The arena boasts a variety of food options, including local favorites like Smoking Pig BBQ and Umai Sushi, catering to diverse tastes . Attending Disney on Ice at the SAP Center is a delightful experience for families. The show features a captivating lineup of Disney characters, with performances from favorites like Frozen, Moana, and Toy Story. The skaters’ energy and the engaging music create an enchanting atmosphere that resonates with both children and adults . However, it’s worth noting that some attendees have expressed concerns about the high prices of concessions and merchandise during the event. Items like cotton candy and toys are priced significantly higher than average, which can add up quickly for families . Tips for a Great Experience: Seating: While front-row seats offer proximity to the action, some parents have found them too close for young children. Opting for seats a few rows back may provide a better viewing experience . Arrival: Arriving early can help you avoid parking hassles and give you time to explore the arena’s offerings. Budgeting: Be prepared for higher-than-average prices on food and merchandise. Setting expectations with children beforehand can help manage spending. Overall, the SAP Center provides a comfortable and engaging environment for events like Disney on Ice. With a bit of planning, families can enjoy a magical evening filled with...
