I had one of the worst concert experiences on the 2nd of August for the Ateez show and I used to work for Live Nation. So it says something. To start I got to my seat with meer minutes before the show started, I was late having spent over an hour in line for merch. When I arrived in my seat I found a yellow liquid was covering the ground. I had a nice young even staff call for a clean up. The guy came 10 to 15mins later and used 1 towel to wipe the are with his foot. To say the least that didn't work. It looked fine at first but it didn't do the job. I called the girl back over but she said she didn't think anything else could be done. I tried to enjoy the show but couldn't with multiple obstacles. Floor patrons kept leaving their seats to come in front of me with there phones raised. Blocking my view. I shewed away what I could. Until one came refused to leave, she was directly in front of me. I ask the even staff girl again for help she told me she couldn't do anything, that that person with a cell phone was a worker... what is that? I took a video of her. Thats not cool or okay. Which brings me to the seats. I often buy row 1 in the 100s and 200s because I like being above and not having anyone to block my view. I am not tall. These seats were in now way what I paid $1300 for. I was only inches off the ground. It was not specified in the purchasing of the tickets that these seats were actually practically on the floor. Which is how people were consistently able to block my view. To add my seat was broken, I couldn't sit in it because it kept dipping down at the front. Back to the liquid. That stuff either kept coming or was there from the start but on those metal stands it made life horrible. My mother kept slipping on that metal floor. The fact that it was just a bleacher made it worse because people dancing and jumping made the janky thing move so she kept losing her footing and we kept slipping and sliding around. Well held on to the woobly black board in front of us for our lives. At the end of the show, it was black mush we were standing in.
After talking to SAP support they have decided they can only offer me tickets to another show not of equal value to what I paid. I can only believe it will be another poor experience with them anyway. Also they have no concert listed that I am the least bit interested in. Their excuse for not issuing a refund is that it took two weeks to contact them because I stupidly thought that it was ticketmasts fault for not clearly stating the the first couple rows were janky fixtures and not in the true 100s but more of a floor seat. I will find another way to post my videos. There isn't an option I...
