Solid Family Feast – Great Value, Classic Flavors We ordered the Family Feast from Panda Express recently, and overall, it was a satisfying experience that delivered great value for the price. The fried rice and chow mein made for a solid base—classic comfort food. The fried rice had a nice balance of soy flavor and egg bits, though I wish it had a little more veggie variety mixed in. The chow mein was saucy and well-cooked, with cabbage and onions adding some texture and sweetness. Both were crowd-pleasers and good portions. As for the entrees: • The Angus steak was definitely the standout—tender, juicy pieces of beef with a rich savory glaze and perfectly cooked veggies like broccoli and mushrooms. It felt a bit more “premium” compared to the rest and brought a nice upscale balance to the meal. • The orange chicken was exactly what you’d expect—crispy on the outside, sticky-sweet with that tangy citrus flavor that Panda is known for. It’s not exactly light fare, but it hits the spot when you’re craving that guilty pleasure dish. • The string bean chicken added a refreshing, lighter option. The chicken was tender and the green beans were crisp and vibrant. It wasn’t overly saucy, which I appreciated, and gave the meal a more balanced feel. Service was quick and efficient, even during a busy evening. Our order was ready on time and packaged well. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that while everything was good, it wasn’t mind-blowing. A little more seasoning or freshness in the sides could’ve elevated it further. That said, for a fast-casual family meal, it definitely delivered. Would recommend for a quick, tasty dinner that gives everyone something to enjoy. Panda Express continues to be a reliable go-to when you want a no-fuss meal with bold flavors.

I ordered a large box of Chow Mein, & 1/4 of the damn box was filled with cabbage. I personally had to hand pick it all out of my noodles. I know it was the end of the bowl behind the counter but people common. Panda please be better then this. Chill the hell out on the cabbage. Im gona be picking it out of my damn teeth for weeks. Everything else was decent. The fried rice was a little over cooked. Customer service improved. But still terrible.

This location sucks. I always order online because I like to get rangoons, which they NEVER have ready on the line when I come in. Today I ordered them and they were burnt as hell. The brown rice was also chewy and gross. So undercooked I couldn't even eat it. On top of the numerous times I got my online orders wrong, this was the last straw.

I usually eat lunch at the Panda Express on Brokaw and Old Oakland Rd. I always get great service and a good meal for not a lot of money. So I'm no amateur to Panda. I went into this brand new Panda that just opened in a new shopping mall and found it sucks!! Definitely not the same as the other Panda I'm used to. I walked in the door and was the only customer. You'd think they would be glad to see me. Nope! The female employee grabbed a to go tray and just starred at me. No hello how can I help you...no would you like to sample something... Just a stare and no smile. I told her what I wanted and she scooped it. I went to the register and was helped by a lady having a conversation with one of the cooks. Her conversation was way more important than the customer standing in front of her. She handed me my $2 change facing the cooking area!! She didn't offer a beverage or soy sauce. I find this place to be unfriendly and a huge let down. I'll stick to the Panda by my work. Or go to Chipotle across the...

I arrived ~10 mins before they closed. I wanted Honey Sesame Chicken, which they were out of. I asked to have it cooked fresh. The server, Leo, argued with me that they do not cook anything fresh and my options were the items already cooked. I asked him to talk to the mgr, Thuy. He skulked away, not happy. Sure enough, he comes back and tells the Laura, the cook to make me fresh Honey Sesame Chicken. She said the stove/grill was already turned off.

I don't slight Laura for the stove being off, especially now minimum wage is $20 per hour. I am sure they don't want any one staying longer than necessary.

Leo is the problem. His not knowing the store policy, giving push back and overall general attitude. It would have been no big deal his he was polite and let me know the stove was off, which he didn't even know about.

I went to Mod Pizza, across the street and they had no problem filling my order so close to...
