Starbucks — Restaurant in San Jose

Even though I gave a prior 1 star review, but I went here again and it has completely changed. My server, Janelle (I think, nametag said ERICK) is goated. He made my drink in like 6 minutes, and I say thats good because he made 6 drinks before that. Goated. He greeted me nicely and when I got my drink, he was also very friendly. I wanted to try a Starbucks closer to home for my Monday coffee run for the office and the experience was absolutely horrible. My first food item was not cooked all the way and the burrito I ordered was over cooked and crushed. The drink was not made with soy as requested and the cashier was so rude. They need to put more attention to the employees/workers of Starbucks because they are rude because you make your order and they almost throw it to give it to you, the manager needs to put more attention to their employees, bad service with the employees...
