Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in San Jose

I came here today to have lunch, i ordered a 3 piece with vole slaw, service wasn't too bad for a fast good but I was disappointed by the fact that the tables all were filthy dirty, i mean sure is a fast food abd it gets busy but omg. Tables ticky, filthy papers and crumps of chicken all over. And I get it maybe customers aren't the best at cleaning but it should be the employees dutie to clean the place at least after every rush hour because i honeslty don't think it should be my obligation (which i did because i refuse to eat in filth) to clean the table when i arrive to a restaurant it maybe fast food or not. Then i get my food and my biscuit is broken. Dont really care much for biscuits but hey still is food i just payed for i would hope was manage with better care and to make it all worse and the real reason I decided to write this is because the cashier did come out to the dinner to clean the soda machine area, she walked towards the garbage to throw away a cup walked pass all the disgusting tables and she didnt care to clean any of them. Very sad that customers have to eat on top of someone elses mess because workers are negligent and that is unsanitary. Makes me think twice about the Popeyes franchise and the lack of care/ respect to...

This place getting worse and worse. Usualy we buy at least one time lunch per week for 2-4 employers . On 23 december I order two combo chicken stripes meal and emplyer(she) at Popay ask me how many sos I want. I say one bbq sos and couple ketchup. She charge me for one BBQ sos .GREED. She was very rude with me and she was very unprofesional and I told her that she need change job if she is not happy here.I wait 15 minutes and I ask her where is my order. She say on rude way it is coming. After 25 minutes waiting I ask again what happen with my order and she told again on very rude way if you do not wait take your money back , which I did. We coming to this place over 2 years and we will never be back again. Bad service , greed company(charging extra for bbq sos) never happenn to me in 30 years live in USA need to paid for 1 BBQ sos. I find much better and quality food in BJ restorant with great service ,lunch special include large pizza large chicken alferdo pasta with bread and large salad feed 5-6 people for $45. Terrible service got into the drive-thru line at 11:56 a.m. and did not place my order until 1204 p.m. then as I got to the drive-thru window they had me wait and then at 12 14 p.m. they told me they could not serve me the chicken because their drive-thru register was down.

the manager came to the window and told me that she could not serve me, I told her why not just take the money and give me the chicken and then ring it up when the register opens mind you the inside registers were working for the lobby, she still wanted to argue that she could not serve me the chicken, I told her that she already wasted almost 20 minutes of my time and I did not care about the change she could keep the $0.40, then in her Infinite Wisdom told me she could not give me free chicken, I wasn't asking for free chicken I just wanted to pay for what I had ordered so finally she broke down and gave me my chicken and my $0.40 change, waste of time, terrible manager, terrible...
