I went to buy a mango drink around 6:30 PM today, but it was completely different from what I usually get. As soon as I saw it, I noticed the color was off—there was no layering at all. The usual beautiful gradient of mango and coconut milk was gone. Instead, the staff blended all the ingredients together without any technique.
