My relatives recommended us to check out Fotile range hoods. We went to Fotile’s showroom in Cupertino. We liked the store and found the model that we wanted pretty quickly. Narisa was very helpful and patient, she’s professional and knows her stuff very well. She guided us throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, made sure our kitchen was suitable for installation. She was supportive and accommodating this entire time yet never pushy. We also requested installation from Fotile as well. Pricing was very fair and communication was great with the installer as well. He was on time and installed the machine in about an hour or so. This is our 2nd Fotile Range Hood. Our 1st Fotile range hood was purchased 3 years ago after a friend’s recommendation. Unfortunately, we moved and are unable to take the previous range hood with us.

The purchase process is very smooth: their staffs inside the store are super friendly and helpful by helping compare different products and narrow down to the final product that best meets our needs.

Their installation team is professional. With all the tools at hand and high efficiency, Mr. Jackie Hu brought in and installed our new range hood the same day after we placed the order !!!! Very impressive and a happy experience for us :)
