Food's always great here. There was a problem with our order. I ordered gyro plate. Expected gyro meat with pita on the side, like everywhere else I've been. Received plate with gyro sandwich, wrapped in pita. Did online search for gyro plate. Does NOT show sandwich. Order taker said I have to order it open. Menu does NOT say about that. Menu also shows separate gyro sandwich. I ordered gyro plate that said nothing about sandwiche. Confusing. Also, it says nothing about the type of meat in the gyro. Order taker just stone-walled and told me 3 times I need to request the undocumented open gyro. Furthermore, I used the hand sanitizer. A customer next to me recoiled at the smell. My hands then smelled like a perfume factory. Got home, then used a proper sanitizer to remove the odor. They don't get the customer...

I understand that the parking lot is for customers only, and I fully intended to leave after a quick 5-minute stop. However, the staff knocked on my window in a very rude manner, simply because they were always watching the parking lot and saw me briefly visit another restaurant before returning to my car.

While I respect their policy, the way they enforce it is extremely aggressive and unwelcoming. If a business treats people this way—potential future customers included—it definitely leaves a bad impression. I was actually considering dining here in the future, but after this experience, I’ve changed my mind.

Being so unfriendly over a 5-minute situation does not reflect well on their hospitality. I can’t imagine I’m the only one who would...

I order here frequently. Tonight and the time before, you grossly underfilled the plates. The chicken is continually shrinking and you gave us about 9 fries each. Seriously b.s..

Short-changing loyal customers is a bad business move. Too bad you made that decision. I used to think of you as 4 stars and reliable quality....
