We went here for dinner at least 2 times a week for the last 9 months. Their food are good and extremely friendly services, but aware of this place everyone ! Behind that friendly services , when you least expected, they will double charge you and they charge you for food you did not order. The last time we went here for dinner our bill came out to be more then $400.00 and there were 4 of us. We ordered a family meal for 4 people, which was like $110 or $120 and we ordered 2 additional dishes. We were charged us the family meal, then they also charged the 2 dishes that were part of the family separately . If that's not bad enough , they charged another 2 dishes that we did not order nor served. Like most people ,we paid the amount they charged us and never look at our bill. The only reason why I checked our bill that day was because I remembered the family meal was less then $120, the 2 additional dishes , for sure were less then $50 each , that would max be $220 and everyone had ice water and I had my usual hot tea. At most our bill should not be more then $300 and that would had included tip. But our was over $400.00 , which caused me checked our bill to see why it was so high.

I remembered when we first started going there for dinner , we would bragged how the food were good and our bills were so reasonable ( due to their family meal ) But I noticed the more often we went there , our bills were much higher then before. Still we never thought twice due to their friendly services . We never went back since . They lost loyal good...

I've visited this restaurant several times now, and while the food usually delivers, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Let’s start with the positives: stir-fried Lobster with Butter & Garlic, has consistently impressed me. The flavor is rich and good, and the lobster is always cooked just right. It's definitely a go-to dish for me and has never disappointed. Most of the other dishes I’ve tried here have been pretty good as well. The flavors are generally bold and good. It’s clear the kitchen knows what they’re doing when it comes to cooking seafood. The only dish that didn’t hit the mark for me was the Stir-fried Lobster in Tamarined Sauce—it just didn’t work for my taste, with the sauce overpowering the natural flavor of the lobster. Unfortunately, the service is where things really fall short. The staff is not very attentive, and on more than one occasion, I’ve had to wait too long just to get someone’s attention. One particular experience stands out: I asked for a 4–5 pound lobster, and when they said they didn’t have that size, I told them I’d pass on it. Instead of being understanding, the woman taking the order gave me attitude and didn’t return to our table at all after that. That kind of behavior really takes away from what could be a great...

Absolutely outraged by the appalling service I received here. I pre-ordered a tray of rice for a 5:30PM pickup, thinking everything would be ready when I arrived. But no—when I showed up at 5:45 PM, they casually informed me that they hadn’t even started making it yet. Not only is that completely unacceptable, but the worst part is they never mentioned this when I placed the order over the phone! I was basically left waiting for them to start cooking after I paid, which is beyond frustrating.

And as if the whole situation wasn’t bad enough, the staff member had the audacity to offer me a whopping 5% discount for my next visit. 5%?! As if that would make up for the terrible inconvenience. What a joke. If you can’t manage basic customer service, don’t bother making promises you...
