Starbucks — Restaurant in San Jose

Ordered two "sick teas" and when I got home, found out one of the tea bags had a big hole torn in it and was not at all drinkable. I should've known it was going to be bad when it took over 5 minutes to make. The barista helping me was so distracted with the new employee I told the other barista to make it. I had to go back to the store to get one that I could actually drink because I was overcharged in the first place. Thankfully there was a competent person behind the counter (only reason for the two stars) and she made me another drink and gave me a $4 card to come back for a free drink. The original barista came out and said, "oh, was it not to your liking?" My reply, "No. It has chunks in it from the hole in the teabag. I can't drink it at all." Not ever going back to this...

2nd time I been to this location and I will not go back. I was over charged for a drink I never ordered. I just ordered a herbal chai tea with 4 honeys. I'm sure I got charged for a hot chai latte with 4 pumps of caramel and 4 honeys. No idea how they got that from wat I said. After the 3rd time remaking my drink I just took it n left. She grabbed tea from above n I clearly seen that it stated no more herbal chai tea. Because I was waiting for 5 minutes just so they cud poor hot water in a cup and add 4 honeys while dying with a damn fever. I will never come back to this location. Starbucks are on every street corner, including this intersection, which is near my home and the freeway to work, but that said, I do feel like several of the baristas go out of their way to remember what people like and make drinks well and with a pleasant morning attitude and social interaction. I also appreciate that their is a small but comfy back patio I have used for meeting with others and the patio and interior are not packed so space can usually be found, even on weekends. Since this is so near so many high density apartments and freeway, it draws a fabulously diverse crowd if you like people watching and sitting to write.
