I have been a loyal customer at this Starbucks for many years, frequently visiting with a group of friends. However, I had an extremely disappointing experience recently. For the first time, I needed to use the restroom, and I was rudely questioned about whether I had made a purchase—despite the fact that the staff knows me well and could clearly see I was with a group.
Beyond that, I have a medical exemption under California Health and Safety Code Division 104, Part 15, Chapter 2, Article 6, Section 118700 (Assembly Bill 1632, Statutes of 2022), which legally requires businesses open to the public that have restroom facilities to grant immediate access to individuals with eligible medical conditions. Instead, I experienced an unnecessary delay in gaining access.
It is disappointing that a business I’ve supported for years does not properly train its employees on customer service and legal requirements. Starbucks should ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with state laws regarding restroom access for individuals with medical conditions. I hope management addresses this...
Read moreI ordered a few drinks inside the store, one order’s milk was curdy, I wonder how they could not see and bring it out to the customer. I had to return it to them, and wait for that drink to be fixed. When my sister wanted to leave we sat in the car and instead of ordering a refill in store we decided to go through the drive through and get the refill.
The gentleman was confused and asked the lady( brunette manager,) to help, she was so rude and without hesitation she told me that I was not supposed to leave the store and there wouldn’t be a refill for me, technically I didn’t leave the Starbucks premises and I was in their lot, she enjoyed talking ruthlessly.
Despite my attempt to communicate to her that her manner of speaking was inappropriate and my intention to contact customer service, she simply laughed and treated the situation as a joke. I am left wondering how someone with such behavior can hold a position as a Starbucks employee, let alone a manager. It is truly...

My favorite drinks are hot chocolate for fall, cold drinks like crmfr for summer, and all teas for winter with hot. Those are awesome and amazing for all of you guys!
