I ordered a triple grande coconut milk mocha, please don't steam the milk - but don't add ice, and a double bacon smoked cheddar croissant.
"You don't want the milk steamed? " as of it is the weirdest request ever... "no thank you." "And you want ice??" "No, thank you -with a smile" her eyes rolled to the ceiling. She wandered - literally- in a circle. I asked for my receipt and moved to the retrieval counter. Where I had to reaffirm they should not steam the milk. She never pit my sandwich in. The employees continueally joked around behind the counter. The barista put my sandwich in after I asked for it. The register person put it in a bag, handed it across the counter without looking at me or apologizing for forgetting it in the first place. Rude. Just rude. Read moreI had a problem with my credit card and I had to pay in cash, I only had a $100 bill, at 10:40 in the morning it seems incredible to me that they tell me that they cannot sell the products that I was going to consume because they did not have change. If it was true, there should be a minimum in cash at the till because I think all customers are the same, and I used to come to this same Starbucks very often, but the attitude of the saleswomen really made me feel very bad! i will never come back...

I must have accidentally ordered a drink that was closely named to my usual and when I told the girl at the counter, she said that’s what you ordered and didn’t offer to replace the drink. True, I ordered it however, also true that I have seen many people return their drinks when they didn’t like them and have had the happily replaced. I hope this isn’t the new norm for Starbucks...
