There is a gentlemen with a shaved head that I've had a relatively bad experience with the last 2 times I've gone.
First time, I was waiting at the cash register while he was having a conversation with his buddy about relationships. He didn't even bother coming to the cash register so I thought he wasn't working. The one worker that was making drinks had to come to the cash register to take my order while she was also talking to this person about relationships. Can't complain, the drink did come out.
Few weeks later, the same shaved head gentlemen was working with another asian guy. Asian guy was making drinks. No one at the cash register. After some time, the shaved head guy shows up from the back. Asian worker asked him a question, he ignored it. Asian worker asked him again and he said "huh? yea" After he took my order, the asian guy looked at the cup and asked if this meant whip cream. Shaved head gentlemen ignored the question then when asked again he did the same "huh? yea" I had to correct the order and tell the asian guy to not put whip cream.
The shaved head guy seemed to know the customer after me and he personally made his drink right away himself bypassing the asian guy making the drinks which was now idle. Didn't seem like the friend even...
Read moreManager was completely terrible. Arguing with customers. Trash behavior. Completely unknowledgeable. FYI NO federal law exists about masks Ms manager lady who wanted to pick a fight. Also. There is no California law on masks. Here is the rule on mask wearing in the state of California as of 9 hours ago. Like I stated in the store today. I’m vaccinated. Get your life together and don’t argue with customers when you are clearly wrong and uneducated. Coffee was good though. So was snowman cookie
Masks are required statewide for unvaccinated individuals in indoor public settings and workplaces, and for all people age 2 and over in schools, health care and long-term care facilities, correctional facilities, homeless and emergency shelters, and on public transit. Los Angeles and Sacramento counties have local indoor mandates covering all residents, regardless of vaccination status. (Los Angeles County also requires face-covering at large outdoor events.) In the Bay Area, Marin County dropped its mask order Nov. 1, and Alameda, Contra Costa and San Francisco counties have relaxed their restrictions, allowing vaccinated people to go unmasked in some indoor settings not open to the general public, like offices and gyms, when fewer than 100 people...
Read moreJust came at 635pm online and on the door it says they close at 7pm with a 2 person capacity. They had one person taking orders and one person in the back making them. I walk up to just get a latte and I’m told Sorry were closed after a man walks out with 4 drinks in front of me. I literally live right across the street and needed a pick me up for a long drive. It’s false advertising to have hours on Google and posted hours on the door with 25 min left and say you’re closed and short staffed. I’m fully aware of all places being short staffed with covid but say you wanted to close early to clean. This was just frustrating and a little annoying since I always try to support my local neighborhood starbucks. I could see if I came 5-10 before closing wanting a big order but I literally came 25 min til and just wanted a small latte. We have to do better with...
