I live closer to a different Starbucks but I come to this location because they just do it better, my coffee is always on point, and they are always nice, friendly. I ordered at the drive thru since I had my dogs with me, plus I was still in my pajamas. The guy who took my order was nice, repeated my order back correct, I paid and tipped. Barely drove away from the window and realized they gave me the wrong drink. I obviously couldnāt back up, since there was now a car there. I really did not want to go inside, leaving my dogs, but the line in the drive thru was pretty long. So I took my chances that they would correct their mistake quickly, I could be on my way. I was indeed WRONG. Waited a moment to be helped, thatās fine, they were busy. However once I did get helped and explained I received the wrong drink⦠there was now apology and I was treated as an inconvenience. Okay whatever, Iāll let it slide. The part that was the most upsetting as they DID NOT correct their mistake right away. Despite me already having to wait in line at the drive thru, now I have to park, go inside and then basically wait in line again. They made ALL the other orders BEFORE my correction and seemed to laugh about it. When I walked out with my drink there was literally no more cars in the drive thru. Im a pretty understanding person, we all make mistakes, BUT as someone who works in customer service my self, I would have apologized and bumped the order to make it before all the other tickets. My other drink was now watered down and left with a cold...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am so sad because this was my favorite Starbucks.
I rarely get refreshers, Iām on the spectrum and the inclusions gross me out, one of the baristas a while back told me you can order it without the dried fruit in any of them.
She made me a the cran drink and Iāve lowkey been obsessed with it. Today I went quickly before work and they put the dried cranberries in it.
I checked the tag to make sure I had asked for noneā and I figured they were just in a hurry and didnāt read it. So just said āTheses not supposed to be any dried fruit in it.ā
The lady at the window was super nice about it but the second time I got my drink there were still bits of stuff in it. Idk if they scooped them out, if they dumped out the cup and remade it in the same cup, but I canāt drink it.
Asking for the initial remake is hard enough and because my brain doesnāt register things in the typical way I probably just wonāt order the drink again for a while because Iāll just think about the bits of stuff floating...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday should have been a celebration, my birthday, but it was nearly ruined. On 10/26/2025, so today, I ordered a drink at this Starbucks. The lid failed repeatedly: 8 times in my car, 3 times in my house, and finally it spilled near an electrical outlet where I usually charge my phone. I spent 10 minutes cleaning up the mess just to make it spotless to avoid getting electrocuted by Zeus incarnate by my extension cord at some random point in the day, and I could have been seriously hurt, electrocuted, or worse. What should have been a simple drink became a dangerous and stressful experience.
I am calling on the store manager to take this seriously, log it immediately, and ensure staff are retrained so no one else is put at risk. Starbucks, this is your responsibility. (Also I prefer to keep my identity anonymous because this is a Google account I made to make anonymous reviews rather than using my...
