Like everyone else is saying, this location DOES NOT take coupons which is the only reason why I went to this place. Granted it was my first time at this location, I've been to other locations and they take coupons, and unfortunately, this place DOES NOT. I had to find out the hard way when I got to the cashier and told me that they didn't want to take my coupon for a combo meal. The sandwich was already made at that point so I just ended up just taking the sandwich ONLY. At any other time, I would have just refused the sandwich and left but I was already on my way to work to save it as my lunch later. The price of the sandwich itself at regular price is what I would have gotten that included chips and a drink, but noooo, they don't accept their OWN coupon. Guess this is one of those locations that states in the coupon's fine print, "Redeemable at participating locations" or whatever. Not sure if that's the manager's decision for making that choice but I'm very disappointed and embarrassed I couldn't use it. With inflation and prices going up, I'm trying to save money where I can and get the most bang for my buck. I stopped coming here since i started working at an eriks deli, and well today my kid wanted subway and this is the closest one to me so i went and when i got rung up i had a 100 bill and they said they didnt accept 100 bills so i was like ok letme get change at the next store and shes like ill accept it once, it says up there that we dont accept 100 bills and i told her im sorry i cabt see i dont have my glasses and she looked at my daughter like saying she can do it for u and thats when i told her to give me my money back and she rung the money and say why i told her just give me money back and refused to and kept asking why, so i told her you're being rude and she gave me a mean look rolled her eyes the whole time and check this out this is the manager! Read moreI had a bad experience with employees for my first time at this location. I will never go here again. The sandwich maker lady was very rude right from the start of service. She made my sandwich wrong and the guy working in the back had to make me a new one. She didn't speak English well enough to be serving food properly or correctly without help from other employee at the time. Also, I wasn't able to get help purchasing my food and other items right away. The guy again came from the back and helped complete my order because she didn't understand what I was saying. The lady employee told me there was no new foot long churros available or no new foot long pretzels too? I feel like she didn't want to serve us anymore.
