Gorgeous flowers! We were worried the dog made out of flowers would look strange, but it was actually super cute. However, the men I talked to on the phone were quite rude when I was inquiring about my order, so the customer service threw me off. Plus, they forgot to include the card with our holiday message to the recipient (which I couldn’t check on the spot, since I’m out of state). The flower bouquet was also a lot smaller than it appeared on the website photo. Overall, I’m content with how cute the flowers — particularly the dog — were, but there could be some improvements in terms of customer service and reality vs. expectations.

Does this look like a $200 deluxe bouquet to you? When I called to figure out what went wrong the person on the phone wouldn't even let me finish a sentence. Kept interrupting me telling me that they count the flowers but on their website it doesn't say how many flowers you get. He said that the bouquet comes with closed flowers that should open later but even if they open there is no resemblance between the bouquet that we got and the picture that you see online. If I would have paid around $100 that would be fine but I paid over $200 for something that I could have bought in any supermarket. I will not recommend.

What an exceptional experience with Valley Flowers. Outstanding customer service. The flowers were just as magnificent as pictured. I would have given them 10 stars if I could have!!!!The delivery person ran into a snag delivering the flowers to the hospital, the person they were delivering to had gone into ICU and the hospital wasn’t accepting the delivery. The delivery person called me quite a few times, but I had missed the calls but he did leave a message and I received an email. I spoke to the owner and he was so pleasant and said they will call the hospital every day to see if the person is out of ICU and guaranteed fresh flowers. This is absolutely the best florist I have ever worked with and would highly recommend. I was ordering flowers for my mom who was in the hospital after a very serious accident. After ordering the flowers we found out that the ICU was not allowing flower deliveries. After hearing what had happened to my mom, the florist said that he would have the flowers delivered to my parents home the day she was released from the hospital. Not only did he keep his promise and deliver ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS flowers, but he personally delivered them to a location out of their normal delivery area. I ordered my wedding flowers here last year. I ordered the Simply Love package for my whole wedding party in the colors of burgundy, ivory and blush and they were so perfect. I received so many compliments about how romantic the bouquets looked. My bridesmaids kept their bouquets and said they stayed fresh for a month after the wedding. Great customer service because most places I called wouldn't put together a wedding package in less than a month and this place did. I had no idea what I was really looking for but got an idea from the website and they made exactly what I was dreaming of for my wedding.This year I am ordering my same exact wedding bouquet to take pics with for my one year...
