Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Jose

Looks like my old review got removed? So this is an update.

I’ve been here about 6 or 7 times, and only 1 time was my order not botched. However one time they messed it up, they gave me a free taco coupon. So instead of 1 star, they now get 2.

The staff is actually really nice and courteous and the dining area is always clean. I just wish they did a better job with making sure orders are accurate. Make sure to check anything you get to-go that you get everything you ordered.

As far as food quality goes, it’s Taco Bell. Nothing amazing. Not any better or any worse than any other taco bell out there.

Service is a bit slow but that’s because they don’t make anything you order until you order it. The lack of a drive thru is the only thing genuinely bad about this...

Very poor 8/10/17 From a guys that said he was the manager of this Taco Bell He was so rude !!!! It was 12 and we ordere food , he give us the food , the suner we sit down he turn off the lights. We tell him that was not ok and he said : I don't care , I want to go home , I the manager here !! I think he was Mexican !! I'm Mexican too and he tell me in Spanish: no quiro ser culero ( I don't wan to be a ass ) But yes where you acting like one and where a ass ( culero ) I hope this help , so he get better on his job Good luck Y no seas culero , no sabes quién te...

This is for the cantina chicken bowl. It has hard and crunchy rice, cold chicken that tasted like it's been sitting around for a few hours. Black beans that looked like they also been sitting around all day. There's no QC there. Grown adults making food that they couldn't possibly serve to they're own family. I'm guessing no manager on duty or maybe one that doesn't really care. Don't they do any surprise inspections from regional management? It's definitely not worth the money. I would recommend Pollo loco if...
