My wife and I stopped there today for lunch after a quick trip to the DMV.
We entered the restaurant around 2:30 pm. We were the only customers there at the time. After being seated, the cashier served us, and took our order. The food took 20 minutes to come out, which felt long considering there weren't other customers. We were not even offered water. The cashier/server girl only gave us water after we asked, 5 minutes after we received our food.
Here's the thing. I would be more understanding and forgiving if the restaurant was packed and busy. But it wasn't. The cashier/server girl only stood behind the counter. Her customer service skills were minimal at best, maybe she's new so she needs more training. But it feels like common sense to offer the customer water at the very least, and being more proactive about making sure the order comes out on time.
If this is the standard of service at this establishment, I'm not sure if I'd be willing to come back. The quality and speed of service at the DMV was higher and faster respectively...

The menu was quite extensive which was surprising but good. Plenty of options for everyone. I finally settled on the Korean tacos with spicy chicken. I will say they were okay. Not the best, not the worst. I should have tried their wings but the fact that they don't come with fries, you can't substitute and they are very limited on the types of sauce that they are tossed in threw that out of the window. We came in and placed an order (10 wings, takoyaki, bulgogi, fries and rice) at 5:20 PM on a Friday and only had order ready at. 6:06 PM. I felt horrible for the staff since every other customer was irritated and came up to complain about the long wait and I didnât want to add on to that however management should try to understand what couldâve been done better that day (understaffed? Didnât start prep far in advance?). It was an extremely long wait for a fairly simple order. And had I not checked, they forgot my bulgogi and takoyaki. Food is good but not 40...
