Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in San Jose

I ordered a Birthday cake on June 2nd for June 5th at 2pm and when i went to pick it up @6pm It wasnt even ready. I had to come back @7pm to get it and it looked like it was thrown together and the manager didn't even acknowledge or apologize for the inconvenience and when i asked for some kind of compensation his wife said rudely you can have a scoop of Ice cream, when i asked her if she really thought that my time was worth a scoop of ice cream the manager said take a pint of ice cream... These cakes are not cheap and i feel like if i am expected to pay that price i should get what i paid for not just thrown together. I asked for half off and he lost it yelling at me telling me that is too much money and if I was kidding him, because it was my Daughters birthday i told him i would be reporting him to corporate and took the cake and left, while walking out he started slamming his register and yelling like a child throwing a tantrum while other customers with children were there waiting. Also his wife was preparing another cake with no mask or gloves which i feel sick about because i didnt even think about that at that moment. I really hope that corporate does something about this because as a consumer I shouldn't have to just take what this business decides to give I should have gotten what i paid for and an apology was even too much for them. There are plenty of other Ice cream shops in the area that are better tasting and priced and i will be happy to take my business there...

okay for a scoop of ice cream, but don't order anything custom. it will probably be made wrong and most of the employees are either rude and/or do not know how to take an order. Latest example, I went in to order a simple polar pizza and the lady could not even find the order form I had to point it out to her. and then tried to call multiple times to check it was done... no answer just rings then disconnects. I have been here dozens of times over the years with my kids and will not ever...

Stopped by to get a small sweet cold brew for $2! Then the lady said can u show me ? So I did, then she says we do them but not right now just sometimes . After few mins of bk n forth I said you dont do it or you dont know how ? I said can u just scan the cup and check if it scans $2 ? She did and it scanned $2! Ok great except she doesnt know how to make a cold brew !!!!!!! Come on she lied multiple times instead of just figuring it out and helping . I had to guide...
