Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Jose

Upon entering the restaurant(somewhere my girlfriend and I go at least once a week) my girlfriend kindly asks to use the restroom when she was promptly told to "hold on" by a female worker while she started to begin taking another person's drive-thru. My girlfriend at the time had to use the bathroom extremely bad. Oh, I forgot to mention my girlfriend is 11 weeks pregnant. At this point a younger employee walks over to the register, I believe his name was Alfredo, and my girlfriend kindly asks, again, to use the bathroom... This guy says "bathroom is for customers only" and we reply "we are customers. We are waiting to order". And he has the nerve to tell us to order before she can use the bathroom. So I began to order thinking he was going to let her finally go pee... Nope. He waited until after I paid for my order before finally unlocking the door to the restroom. At some point one of the employees mentioned this was procedure because of all the homeless in the area. Prior to me ordering I witnessed at least one person use the bathroom before ordering. I felt so disrespected because I felt that we were profiled. Why were we singled out, treated like some degenerate, forced to order and PAY for the order because this kid thinks I'm going to have him take some fake order just for me to be like, "oh. Nevermind. I'm good actually." Just so my girlfriend could use the bathroom. Why the hell should a pregnant female even have to do anything like that. Needless to say my experience during this visit was the absolute worst I have ever had at a taco Bell. It wasn't their response or their procedure but how they set the tone of the whole situation let alone the smile across his face every time my girl mentioned the restroom. Almost like the whole situation was a joke or he was on some power trip on letting a female close to wetting...

Horrible customer service, just apologize and tell the truth and move on.

I ordered a simple order and it took 27 minutes to get it to me and I was right there sitting and watching orders fly by! Worst thing is they blame me for it! After I ordered, With name “Mo” and after 14 minutes, I heard Mo, I went to pick it up but someone else by name of Paul was getting it, the lady pronounced “Paul” and he said yes and picked it up, I was then ok, maybe my order is coming. After minute the 20th minute I went and I asked where is my order, they went to check and said, your order is coming; no explanation on why the delay. After minute 24, I went again and asked this is really unbelievable, why it takes 24 minutes to give my order and I saw people later than me getting their orders? I wanted answer this time and they came and told me, your order was returned (they made a new order to the other guy while I was waiting), then they told me we said Mo many times and no one came, which is a lie, I said I am sitting right there in front of you and if you pronounced Mo clearly or verified the order no one would take the wrong one, when they realized I am upset they said “sorry, we will make our order again”. Minute 27 I got my order, delicious as usually but...

I wish GOOGLE an option to give 0 stars because that is what this location deserves. Worst taco bell ever!! Worst food, worse service. I used to eat taco Bell 3-4 days out of the week, but you have now lost a loyal customer. This tacobell never ever gives you receipt ever!!! What business refuses to give you receipt?! Customer service is so bad. When asked to speak to a manager, I'm told to come during the day and rudely told to leave the drive thru. Order is rarely ever correct!!! I have walked into the store during the day to see no employee is wearing gloves while preparing the food. I asked why that is and was told we have to wait till next week for gloves delivery from corporate. Can taco Bell not spend $2 on a box of gloves for sanitary reasons? Worst taco Bell ever. This location should be shut down. Never ever going to this taco Bell again. I do not appreciate my food being made with bare hands. That is DISGUSTING!! The night manager(MINA) is always working and the absolute worst. There is NEVER ANY RECEIPT paper. NEVER ENOUGH SAUCE to get more than " 2 fire sauce packets". The order is NEVER correct. There is never change in the drawer for cash....just ridiculous. Tacobell should be on top of this after so many similar complaints on...
