Extremely dissappointed with the service and food. I ordered online a carne asada quesadilla and lengua burrito. When I got there for pickup, I remembered on Wednesday they have 2 for 1 Al Pastor tacos, so I decided to get 6 tacos al pastor as well. When I received the order, it seemed there was a miscommunication and she had put 2 carne asada tacos. I let them know I ordered al pastor and confirmed with them it was 2 for 1 today. Per receipt, I paid for 2 tacos so I expected 4 al pastor because it was 2 for 1 Wednesday but when I got home they only gave me 3 al pastor tacos. I tried to call and let them know but she rudely hung up on me when I told her of the mistake. The burrito was very bad, barely any lengua and rice was hard and dry. Just moved into the neighborhood and was walking my dog when I saw the pink signs and figured it would be great for dinner. I got the carne asada burrito. It was good, but not great, very basic. The lady wouldn't talk to me and she told the younger guy to help me (and she called me gorda thinking I don't understand I'm guessing, but I do, and I am, y no olvides que yo también soy guapísima!). It took a very long time for a single burrito order. When mine was ready the same lady let it sit for for awhile, I tried to catch her attention to ask if it was for me but she kept giving me side-eye instead. Finally the younger guy came back and told me it was mine. I'd give it 4 stars if not for the BS with the lady acting rude. I know white people are the worst (it's true), but I just wanted dinner, not a side dish of someone else's...

I have reduced my review from 5 to 4 stars because they now charge a fee to use a credit card. I would prefer that you charge one price for your product or service and not slap me with a fee after I have picked my item off the menu and then see a sticker at the register stating I am paying a fee on top of the price. My $10 meal now costs $10.44. I realize the fees for credit card use are charged to the vendor but your product should be priced to cover your overhead.

It is a documented fact that people who purchase on credit card spend more money anyway so this may hurt business. I buy here once a month....and look forward to it.... after my meeting at the hospital nearby. Going forward I will be less likely to stop here.
