Been here two times now and I would still come back specifically for the bo ne and hu tieu nam vang, which I highly recommend. We like to go towards the back parking lot to avoid all the craziness when trying to find parking.
The bo ne is really the highlight of this place in my opinion. It comes out on a sizzling plate with the most perfect egg that's still runny as its cooking. There's pate, a meatball and big chunks of beef. The flavor is just soooo good. They bring you a basket of bread that's warm. I personally like to cut up the bread and add everything in there to eat it like a banh mi. You can also just dip the bread into the plate to soak up all the flavor and juice from the plate.
My husband got the hu tieu with the broth inside the bowl. You have the option to have it on the side. The broth has great flavor and isn't heavy at all.
Everyone here has always been so nice and friendly. Once you're done, just go up to the cashier to pay.
If you walk by here or have a craving for bo ne,...

The menu is pretty small because I think they’re “soft opening” still. The back of the menu had about 12 Vietnamese dishes handwritten there, but I cannot read Vietnamese so I used Google translate and images for everything haha. My fiancé and I also ordered the #4 which was a bowl of soup noodle dumpling and a #6 Banh Bot Chien (rice flour cake with egg)
Everything was good. No complaints. I thought the Bon Ne was definitely the best, though I do think the quality of the steak could’ve been better and I prefer a more rare cook. #4 and #6 were just okay for me and I’ve had better elsewhere in the plaza. I would come again just for the Bon Ne!
There was only one other table besides ours, so our service was great and our food came...

My family went here for Father's Day lunch and everyone was happy, including the pickiest of eaters.
We tried: Bo Ne (Sizzling Beef Plate - deconstructed banh mi) with choice of fresh bread roll, garlic noodles, or rice
Hu Tieu Ba Nam Kho (dry meat & seafood noodles with soup and pork bone on the side) with choice of pho (rice) or egg noodles (or mix of both)
Chicken with Rice
Egg Pancake with Taro
Vietnamese Street Corn
Vietnamese Coffee
Nuoc Mat (artichoke water with grass jelly, chia seeds, etc)
I recommend all of those dishes except for the corn. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't...
