I recently had a disappointing experience at my local Wendy's that I feel compelled to share. I've always enjoyed Wendy's for its tasty menu items, but my last visit fell short of expectations due to the quality of the food.
I ordered a classic burger and fries, but to my dismay, the burger was lukewarm and the fries were soggy instead of the crispy perfection that I’ve come to expect. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I decided it was important to bring this to the attention of the management.
After my visit, I attempted to reach out and voice my concerns to the manager. Unfortunately, my experience in discussing this issue was far from satisfactory. I called multiple times, hoping for a resolution, but the manager was dismissive. On one of those calls, he hung up on me after stating that he "didn’t have time for these types of calls." This was incredibly frustrating, as I was simply trying to provide feedback that could help improve their service.
Overall, the combination of poor food quality and unresponsive management left me quite dissatisfied. I hope this review prompts some reflection on how customer feedback is handled, as it can truly make a difference in the dining experience. I would like to give Wendy's another chance in the future, but my recent experience has...
Read moreI have fond memories of going to Wendy's during my younger days. But those days seem long gone.
At this Wendy's you don't order at the counter. Instead you order on a large screen. 📺 There are two screens but one is broken. Good thing no one else was waiting because it takes a lot longer to order using the screen than just talking to a human.
At one point the order suddenly disappeared from the screen so I went to the counter to ask if they had received my order. When I tried to inquire the person, whom I assume is the manager, started actually yelling at me 🤬, telling me to order at the screen. I then tried to explain. Fortunately some of the other staff were nice enough to say they hadn't received the order.
I recall Wendy's being a good deal with burgers that had more meat than average because of the square patties. At this Wendy's the patties were still square but the overall burger was small while being somewhat expensive 💸. For much less you can get a much better, bigger burger at In-N-Out.
Save your money and your sanity by not going to Wendy's. Go to In-N-Out. Go to Chipotle. Go...
Read moreThis Wendy's is the most outrageous Ghetto Wendy's. Me and my wife and my son have ever been to. They have ATM machines for self-service broken or breaking down? The utensils by the soda machine was filthy and no utensils were available. My wife stated the restrooms were filthy and disgusting from the women's and smelled bad. The fries were overcooked and didn't taste right. And the burgers had no flavor and not tasty. We were in the area because my son had a diabetic appointment near this Wendy's. I've never seen a Wendy's like this. Poorly managed will never stop at this Wendy's again. It looked like they had the right amount of employees. But it seemed like they were not. Supervised correctly Because if the dining room area is dirty and not kept up. That tells you a lot about the back of the house. And if the restrooms are the same, then that tells you that they should call the health department on this place. To see if they are keeping up with policy...
