So we went to Chilling'drina today, and it was not chilling at all. In fact, it was terrible! We ordered two americanos to start off with, and they took 20 minutes even though they only had 3 tables. Once it arrived, we ordered the pork nachos and an order of Queso Fundido with chorizo as starters. The starters took 40 minutes, and during this time, the server came to our tabel only once with chips, and when we ordered some hot sauce, they told us they only had Tabasco. We ordered some sparkeling water which took forever and when it came it was at room temp! So we ordered some ice, and the server offered us free mimosas and apologized for the delay on the food. We ordered one orange and one passion fruit mimosa, and they were both subpar. When the food arrived, we felt some relief to our ordeal given that the presentation of both dishes was phenomenal and the portions were huge. Of the two, the nachos were the best. The pork was extremely well cooked, and the fat had rendered perfectly. The topings on the nachos all complimented the pork and each other perfectly, but the cheese was basically non-existent. What little of it there was, was lost in everything else on the plate. As for el Queso fundido, it was a gigantic portion that could easily serve 4 people. But taste wise, it was a huge disappointment. The cheese was too sweet for the amount of chorizo. This, along with the lack of jalapeño(which) is a main component of this dish according to the menú description, makes the dish distasteful. In my opinion, this particular dish would have benefitted greatly from pickled jalapeño because the acid would have greatly reduced the sweetness of the cheese and would enhance the saltiness of the chorizo, thus balancing its flavor profile. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody even though their prices are awesome in comparison to portion size. This is not Mexican or Texmex. it's all hype! And the service is...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chilling'drina, and the experience exceeded all expectations. Brianette, my server, provided spectacular service. She enthusiastically shared details about the elotes, which turned out to be absolutely amazing.

Not only was the food outstanding, but the service from both the manager and Brianette was exceptional. They were incredibly present and pleasant throughout the entire meal.

The atmosphere at Chilling'drina is simply unparalleled. I would confidently say it boasts the most captivating decoration of any restaurant in Puerto Rico. The combination of excellent service, delightful cuisine, and an enchanting atmosphere made my visit truly memorable.

I highly recommend Chilling'drina to anyone seeking a remarkable dining experience.

Giving this place 5 stars because the food, ambience, music, vibes, decor and service are collectively on point!

From outside it’s a non-descript corner spot with a sign. But once entering into the foyer is a really lovely, warm fun island Boho/Tiki vibe..

It’s beautiful inside. Coffee drinks and cocktails are delicious and inventive. Super cute hand made custom dishes and mugs are a great touch.

We had brunch and it’s classic Mexican, plenty of fried items and cheese, but the flavors are unique and bold and savory good.

I really think it deserves much higher review average than it currently has. Check it out...
