Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in San Juan

I came by the drive thru to order. I had some questions and was asking about the prices and the lady on the speaker was extremely rude. Every time I asked her something she would respond to me with an awful annoyed tone and would even stop responding. She sounded upset as if she didn’t want to be there. I processed to ask her if she was ok, and why was she mad. I still had not even placed an order and she responded to me “thank you have nice day”. I went to the window and questioned to see why she was talking to me like that. Nicole was at the drive thru , and claimed she just got there and it wasn’t her. I don’t appreciate this type of customer service. I’ve worked in the food industry before and I’ve never treated anyone in this manner. If they are going to be having attitudes with customers, maybe they should look to work elsewhere. I always come to this Church’s and I have NEVER been...

I had a rough day and was already stressed when I realized my order from Church’s Chicken was missing my biscuits. As soon as I walked in, Rose, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful. Despite my frustration, she was empathetic and really made me feel heard. Not only did she ensure I got fresh biscuits, but she also gave me a free tea, which is one of my favorites! Her customer service was top-notch and completely turned my day around. On top of that, the chicken was delicious—fresh and crispy as always. Thanks to Rose’s outstanding service, I’ll definitely be returning to this specific Church’s Chicken location....

It's too bad that the people that work here don't care for the customer to be happy. You walk in and the place smells like old mop water and then they don't even pay attention to you because they're too busy talking amongest each other. You ask a simple question about food and they get mad.There's a lady who looks/ acts like a man that works there and she's by far the rudest of them all.. They're chicken taste like yesterday's chicken and they will Swear that it's fresh chicken, when the chicken is cold and hard to the touch.. We no longer eat here and never will!! This place is awful.Take your money...
