Went on October 6,2024. Arrived at 12pm which says is the opening time of the restaurant online. The employee there told me it opened at 1pm even though it says 12pm online. I really wanted to eat here so I came back at 1pm and the restaurant was still closed. The employee then told me that the waitress was late and I saw she had just parked at 1:04pm. He said she would open promptly so I waited about 10 more minutes. Afterwards I asked how long it would take since we were very hungry. The employee then asked the waitress and she said she would take 40min. Completely unacceptable that a restaurant is opening 1-2hrs later than stated because an employee was irresponsible and wasnt there on time. Ive been here multiple times because even though the wait is usually long, the food is good. However im very disappointed with the service today. Will probably not come back here again.

Also, the owners should take note since while we waited several people in cars came out to check if it was open at 1pm and left. A whole family of like 7 people also left. The restaurant lost a lof of money today due to the irresponsibility of...

This place is unique in the sense that there are practically 2 different restaurant experiences in 1! On the one side you have your criolla food, very typical of Puerto Rico and they also have the Pizza company inside. We enjoyed the Steakburger sliders -juicy, tender, and overall delicious flavors in tiny burgers! We also tried their Margherita Pizza and added jalapeños to it. Wow! Their balsamic vinegar drizzled on fresh chopped basil and smooth, deliciously home made marinara sauce is just absolutely scrumptious!  Plus you can add one of their many refreshing drinks (alcoholic or not). The service is also amazing and the atmosphere inside is just modern/artsy and overall cozy.

I would love to go back when it is their peak time. I don't mind the wait, but I want to see this place come alive with live music. You can't go wrong with this "Ame-Rican" food spot...

Service was terrible, ever since we got there we got an attitude because we asked to be put in an area of the restaurant that was quieter, I went with my father and as an older person he is bothered by loud noises and loud music, there were a lot of things in the menu that they didn’t have, waitress got an extra attitude when we asked what they DID have, drinks took a really long time to get to the table, in fact they served our drinks at the same time as our food. If you ask for a glass of water they will give you a $4.00 water bottle from a European brand. Food was okay at best -bowls had very small amount of meat -chicken was dry and tasteless -vegan Mac & cheese had barely any vegetables. Drinks...

I been a couple of times and keeps getting better and their vegan menu is stronger than ever thanks to El Grifo’s chef. This time I tried the Cauli Wing-Tots, crispy corn-battered cauliflower with hoisin sauce and crushed walnuts, and they were amazing. Crunchy on the outside, warm inside, and that sauce was next level. I also had the Vegan Chicken Mac & Cheese, creamy and tasty, though I think the vegan cheese could use a little more flavor. The vibe is always on point with colorful murals and super attentive, knowledgeable service about the vegan options. With rooftop views, great drinks, and a vegan pizza calling my name next time, La Patria stays high on my go-to list in Puerto Rico.

I LOVED this place. It’s cute, trendy and spacious! Great place to have some less common Puerto Rican food. Gabriella helped us with all of our questions and even gave us little samples of the different fruit drinks that they had since we didn’t know what some of the fruits taste like. She was amazing! She even gave us recommendations about other places to go to and was honest as to what’s good and bad. Will definitely when I visit the island again. Cannot stress how impressed and satisfied I’m with the service I received.
