Bad experience on a Friday night (pickup). The pizza (La Tejana)didn't look at all as good like on the photo. All ingredients were mostly in the center, pizza was cold and chewy. Sauce container lid was poorly adjusted and spilled inside box with pepperoni rolls and when opened everything was covered in sauce. Also one of the 3 pepperoni rolls didn't have pepperoni😑. It's kind of sad because it's my third visit at the crust and before food was pretty good. Maybe the poor quality of the food had to do with it being a Friday. Don't know if...

This is my takeout experience.

Service was delayed due to a mistake in the preparation of my order which the server kindly communicated to me. I received part of my order as I waited for my pizza. It was quite a wait and the food that was accurately prepared and handed to me was getting cold. I was not offered water, a discount, or much of an apology when I spoke to the manager - not the hospitable encounter one would expect as a patron.

To me and my daughter this is simply the best pizza in San Juan, it is kinda pricey but they have pasta options too and tbh its worth it. In terms of beer the selection is good and an outdoor setting completes the experience.
