McDonald's — Restaurant in San Juan

The staff here are the worst I have ever seen. Though I only interacted with 1 of them.

I had to lay on my horn for over 40 seconds as the only person in the drive through, (while a homeless man I had just given $1 to continued to loiter and didn’t seem to mind my horn for some reason) while they were open 24/7, … to get the person to put her headset on and come to the window. I believe that I was treated the way that I was treated, because of my race.

I did not get the opportunity to order food, so I cannot rate the food here, because I figured they would probably spit in it or worse, after having needed to wait for 5 minutes, the beep my horn 1 time, 2 times, 3, 4, 5, up to 10 times, and then lay on it for 40 seconds straight.

I cam here just to grab a 10 piece combo with a mcflurry and and small fry I've worked for this industry and also managed it I should never haft to wait 20 minuted for somone to count there drawer and them once it counted charge someone els and they get to me so in total I spent 30 mins in this line and the gave me bag with a exploded BBQ sauce everywhere so I had to go back in where I find half of your crew yalking and laughing in the front by the push line and your manager sees me still continue to laugh and joke the only person that took me seriously on june 8 2024 is the manager that was up front taking the order at exactly 2:30 Pm I will be reaching out to your...

Many McDonald's on the island simply don't even have the mcflurry machines working or refuse to turn it on. Worst of all is when they don't even put up a sign and let you wait in a long slow line to find out they are not serving mcflurries. Well, this place has them (sorta), not in the proper traditional sense. As you can see im the picture, they sprinkle toppings on top as opposed to actually mixing them up in a "flurry". Also it is just the soft serve with a topping. Either the formula changed or this place decided to compromise with what they have, And called it a mcflurry when it is not. Would you demand a refund or just be glad you got some cheap old treat??...
