McDonald's — Restaurant in San Juan

Appears to be newly renovated. A large section is dedicated to an air conditioned, indoor Playplace. Within it, there are tables and jacks for charging phones. The ordering area is reduced to one register and one self serve touchscreen. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Place is very clean. One issue: it is not clear where the restrooms are..when I inquired, I was led to two unmarked doors. They can be mistaken for employee only entrances. Here for vacation and never feel so unsafe, machine doesn’t connect with the app so I can’t get any of my offer or points, bathrooms are lock like a gas station and no body on front to ask for the key. Wait literally an hour for the food and the place wasn’t full. Employees just having fun in the kitchen. I come to PR at least once a year and never come back to this place and don’t recommend no one to come. I even scare to ask for my food after seen people who come after me getting their food. Bad customer service! I order a meal for the family to go. Then the grill bacon cheddar that I order was uncooked, the Mac crispy was uncooked too. I call to report that and the manager told me to came back any day bring my receipts to give me a new one. I returned in a few days and the other manager told me that it’s No correct.
