Sabor Frappé - Isla Verde — Restaurant in San Juan

I use to love this exact store and place until today I found a roach in my drink under nearth the whip cream the worst part was not only was it alive but i had drank half of the drink by then and paid $8 for a live roach to be in it now when I try to comfort them through instagram they blocked me all I have to say is all I want is a apology and for the place to get a inspection because Roaches carry a lot of germs and it’s not right to me to be blocked after telling them there was a live roach...

Fantastic variety of flavors. I tried the Mocaccino and I've never finished a frappe so fast. It probably was not healthy for me to to drink it so fast but I walked it off down the beach. Speaking of which the nice lady at the counter guided me to safe places in the city. Thank you nice lady at the counter for your recommendation to visit Jobi beach. That's good looking out for strangers. I'll be sure to support nice people...

Hit or miss. A lot of the time the frappé is very watery. Or sometimes the balance of flavors isn’t very good (bland/diluted taste for the fruit ones.)
