Starbucks — Restaurant in San Juan

I placed an order for drive thru pick up on the mobile app about 30 minutes ago. They currently have the promo of buy one get one free so i knew the line would be long and drinks might take a but longer to be ready. I got in line to pick up and when i got to the window the barista who was there was extremely rude. She did not greet me or even really acknowledge me. She just shouted the order waiting for me to confirm, i told her i was picking up a mobile order and my name and she closed the window and stepped away. She came back and in a very rude tone and body language almost rolling her eyes told me that for next time to tell them on the speaker i was picking up a mobile order. I get you are extremely busy and overwhelmed and yes we are humans but that is NO excuse to treat your customers that way. You are in a line of business where you interact with customers all day. I ordered on the app and my order wasn’t ready for pick up so I asked about my order and she was sighing and said ok then walked away. I wasn’t sure if she was going to get it or make it then I walk over to the pick up section in case then she tosses my food on the counter that it almost falls off and walks away. I also went through drive through and the staff who took my order and gave me my order were very rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them just by ordering. Both time I wasn’t rude I asked nicely and I was patient because they were busy, but there was no reason have an attitude and be rude to someone who didn’t do...

I’ve never had complaints with my orders. Everyone I’ve come across here have been very friendly and always smiling. Today was different. I went through the drive through at 9am and the guy who took my order was friendly. Once I get to the window a woman opens the window. Very dry no personality. Doesn’t smile. That was different from what I’m used to seeing all the time. I ask her a question she barely answers. Could barely hear her but by her body language I took it as a no. Maybe she’s not a morning person? Or was having a bad day? But I wouldn’t want to interact...
