Chicago Pizza — Restaurant in San Leandro

I have ordered from here many times and the lady who takes your order is always so rude. I’m allergic to red sauce and asked for garlic sauce when I placed my order. I wait over an hour for my pizza when it gets to my house it’s red sauce so I call and tell her I asked for garlic and she got an attitude and stated that she took my order and if I would have asked for garlic sauce it would have been on my pizza she began to get a serious attitude and raise her voice after I told her I’m allergic and I would never order red sauce she never offered me another pizza or asked if I would like to bring that one back and receive a new one instead she yelled so I hung up. My boyfriend tried to call and ask to speak to a manager and she said she was and hung up and we tried to call back multiple times and she would just pick up and hang up the phone. She is always rude every time I order. This business has Horrible...

Very poor service attitude, the boss's indifferent attitude, taking out food, not bringing out shopping bags, and napkins, even though the food is ready and waiting for it to cool down, no one receives it. and wait the long time no care about the customer ，and her wife just sent it looking the TV，When I see a mini version order placed by me, the attitude is bad and I will never buy it again. The food I received was like this, disgusting 🤢 Although I still threw it into the trash can, it wasted my money. Literally made me sick! I ordered a Hawaiian w/green onion, because I had never been to Chicago Pizza before and I figure anybody can make a Hawaiian Pizza, right? Hard to mess up, but green onion (when fresh! #spoiler) are a twist that can easily be knocked off if they become too much.. The green onions were rotten and they hid them UNDER the cheese! I went back hoping for my money. I was only offered another pizza. I took it and threw it away. I don’t want more of your disgusting food! But I want you to take the time and use the product necessary. One star...
