Neveria Guadalajara Ice Cream Shop — Restaurant in San Leandro

There was a mix up with my total charge today. I was charged $13.17 at the ice cream shop. When I went to pay at the bakery they charged me $17.13. I flagged it to the cashier and she said no, the total was right.I went back to the ice cream shop to eat my food and looked at their menu. the two items I grabbed together were no more than 11 dollars total. I flag it with the cashier and she tells me their prices have changed and their menu is wrong. I ask what are the new prices. The manager (?) seems to be there listening so the girl asks her what the new prices are, She replied: "Whatever it is that they charged you". The lady carried such an attitude. After checking the new prices the cashier realized she switched the numbers and was deeply apologetic, which I accepted and told her it was no biggie because it was a small mistake.

My review is based off of the lack of price transparency (who starts charging new prices without updating their menu??), AND the attitude from the manager (this isn't the first time I have negative interactions with her, she always tends to blame the customer and it always ends up being a mistake...

I CALLED AT 11:05AM ON FATHERS DAY TO ASK A FEW QUESTIONS REGARDING THEIR STORE AND WHAT THEY SOLD. MY FRIEND WANTED A SPECIFIC DESSERT FOR FATHERS DAY. I DIALED THE STORE AND THE FEMALE EMPLOYEE ANSWERED THE PHONE VERY BADLY. SHE HAD ME FEELING AS THOUGH I WAS NOT A WELCOMED POSSIBLE NEW CUSTOMER. SHE AGGRESSIVELY AND RUDELY SAID HELLO NOT EVEN IDENTIFYING THE BUSINESS. I RESPONDED BY ASKING IF THIS WAS THE NUMBER FOR THE ICE CREAM STORE WHICH SHE RESPONDED HER REPLY VERY QUICKLY AND UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE WAS SAYING. KNOWING THIS WAS A LOST CAUSE I ASKED HER IN SPANISH,HER LANGUAGE, HABLA ENGLISH AND TO MY AMAZEMENT SHE ABRUPTLY SAID NO AND HUNG UP ON ME. NOT RIGHT NOT RIGHT AT ALL SHAME ON YOU. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE YOUR BUSINESS AND I WILL TELL OTHERS NOT TO. YOU DONT EVEN...

This place has the best fresh, natural agua frescas in Bay are. If you are craving something sweet, refreshing to drink, Neveria Guadalajara has the best fruity drinks. My favorite are the passion fruit (maracuya) and Milk strawberry (fresa con leche) They also have all types of mexican tradition snack like: corn with mayo (elote en vaso) mangonadas, and so much more. Oh wait they also have so many ice cream flavors and an entire side for fresh squeezed juices as well. Customer service sometimes is not the best, specially when they have a long line. The music is abit loud so be ready to speak loud to ensure you get your order right. Regardless, I give this place 5 stars because I have zero complaints or bad experiences. Guys you must try the...
