Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Leandro

Aug 10 at 325 am I was told that I couldn't receive any food here because they were about to close. No problem but unfortunately I had already paid online and this was the 3rd Jack in the box restaurant in a row THIS NIGHT that was closed that the app said I could order from. I don't see a way to get a refund, and your employees are kinda rude. I understand it's late and time to go home, but when the store windows and apps say open 24 hours, your customers expect such service. This is frustrating, and I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for food I didn't receive.

UPDATE August 12. I have tried every selection on the website the person listed below. The preselected choices listed either don't address my problem or do not address my need for a refund for food I didn't receive because several stores were closed. Is there another way to contact someone because I just want a refund at this point. This...

I ordered for bacon ultimate cheese burger combo with upgraded large curly fries and large Sprite with spicy nacho chicken and loaded mini tacos which costed around $26.

It was in a drive thru and I was in a hurry and they took about 10 mins to give me my order. I was not able to check the bags since it was already taking some time to give what I ordered and I was getting late already.

When I was driving I checked the bags and noticed that there were no large curly fries but instead a cold soggy hash brown. When I finally arrived to my destination I opened the bag and saw a bacon breakfast sandwich, the loaded tacos and the spice nacho chicken (which I originally ordered).

What they gave only costs around $16 only!

I am very disappointed with the establishment at this location. It was a nice evening so I decided to walk. When I get there the doors are locked but it is early and employees are eating in the dining room. I knocked on the door and was directed to come to the side door which is also locked. I am then directed to walk thru the drive thru. Well the employee at the drive thru window says he won't serve me and tells me that they are not letting people into the restaurant because they are short staffed. And to come back tomorrow and to go eat at Burger King which is exactly what I did. Jack in the Box won't be seeing me...
