My sister and I ordered thru the mobile app so when we get there we'll just pick up our order. When we arrived I saw that my drink and our food was ready but my sister's wasn't so I asked a lady worker if they're making the strawberry drink and she said if it's not there yet then they're still making it .. we patiently waited while checking if someone's really making any strawberry drink after I think 10mins (my sister finished her croissant this time) we haven't seen any strawberry drink being made so I asked the cashier and to my disbelief she politely said they don't have any strawberries at all and nicely offered that I can choose something else or they can refund me .. I was in total shock so I told my sister to choose another drink, she did and the cashier told her coworker to make it .. we waited again for another 5-10mins and I was impatient this time coz we were in a hurry that's why I ordered thru the mobile app so I asked the first lady I talked to for a supervisor/manager and surprise surprise she's the supervisor/manager .. I asked her why she lied about them still making the strawberry drink when they didn't even have strawberries at all and it seems like they're not making the new drink !!! To my utter surprise and disgust she explained that in situations like that they have to put a customers order at the end of the line since there are a lot of customers waiting especially at the drive thru (she pointed all the cars lined up) .. I don't want to make a scene but I'm furious this time and she's full of BS so I kept complaining .. we waited at the store for 30mins as if we didn't order thru the mobile app, the supervisor lied, didn't apologize for it & as a store supervisor/manager didn't know what's going on at the store!!! My good there were so many things wrong during that visit .. good thing the new drink arrived, I thanked the lady who handed it and left ..

Read moreSo, before we pulled into the drive thru we drove past the front to see how many people were working due to the long line and we saw the employees dancing and possibly making TikToks since it looked like they were fixing the angles and dancing synchronised, we laughed it off and pretended like it wasn’t the case, so we came up to the drive thru w my friends for drinks after a day at the beach at around 9:50pm.
Drive thru was so slow.. we finally made it to the order screen and waited nearly 2 minutes for someone to ask us what we wanted, we got impatient and drove up to the pick up window instead and waited for someone to come to it to order. They nearly told us they couldn’t serve us because we didn’t order at the screen, until we told them no one answered at the speaker. They then proceeded to start dancing again and broadcasting to the other employees that it was 30 minutes until closing time. Our order took 3 minutes to come out and we were in the drive thru for a total of 44 minutes. I feel bad for all the other people behind that wanted Starbucks and probably couldn’t because this location apparently pays their workers to dance and make TikToks before attending to the customers.

He was a male, 6' 3," 220lbs, circa 22 years old, with a Mulatto phenotype.His aggressive sarcasm was shocking, he said: " You didn't see the screen, are you blind?" I rarely go to Starbucks, so I said " whar are you talking about? The screen was fine! Why the attitude?" See, I was thinking he was referring to the ORDER SCREEN. That wasn't the screen he was referring to. He wanted a tip and the screen was the digital display on the Credit Card machine. He took it out of my hand at the last moment in an attempt to place a tip anyways, but was too late! Then, I wondered if my Coffee might have been altered because of the whole assumption he made about not receiving a tip. In my defense, I had no clue that the expensive Coffee outfit known as Starbucks now guilts the customer into tipping just for pickup orders!! I had to discard my large, Vente Hot Mocha because I couldn't convince myself that he didn't spit in my expensive drink!!
