Edit (delivery experience & price clarification):

I ordered through DoorDash, so your mileage may vary if you dine in. Although the owner notes the dish is $14.99 in-house, it showed up as $16.99 before tax on both DoorDash and Uber Eats. From checkout to “ready for pickup” took about 40 minutes, and I actually ordered two bowls but received only one (DoorDash issued a refund). The generous vegetable load might be great for some, but at this price the imbalance pushed me to write a negative review. If you’re curious, take the owner’s advice and visit in person so you can portion your own bowl.

I ordered the A. Beef Combo, hoping for a hearty, flavorful bowl. Unfortunately, it fell flat. The dish featured just two small meatballs, about six thin slices of beef and a piece or two of tripe—hardly enough protein for a $20 plate. Most of the bowl was padded out with cabbage, daikon, and a mound of rice, which only made the lack of meat more obvious.

To make matters worse, the food took far too long to arrive given how minimal the preparation is.

At this price point I expect better seasoning, a fairer meat-to-veg ratio, and faster service. Unless the kitchen rethinks portion sizes and invests in some bolder flavors, I’d skip this restaurant and...

I love this place. It's a make your own Asian style soup. It's honestly the best soup I've ever had. My favorite broth is the Tam yam. It's a Thai style broth with ginger and lemongrass flavors. Seriously the best soup broth I've ever had in my life. My favorite to add is the fish they provide. It's so fresh and mild tasting. I always make my soup with udon noodles, beef, spinach, fish, mushrooms, and bean sprouts with the tom yam broth. Comes out to about $16 for a huge bowl of soup I usually can't finish in one sitting. The price is based on weight of items so be careful putting too much of heavy items if you're worried about price. There are many noodles to choose from and lots of other options. They can also stir fry ingredients with rice if you don't want soup. If you're scared of spice then don't get it or make sure you get mild. Their medium is quite spicy. It's seriously the best soup I've ever had I recommend coming to this place if you want fantastic soup. I love how I can make it exactly like how I want it. Service is super fast too you'll get your food in just a few minutes after you pay. And the people who work here are...

I stopped by for dinner and the staff was so nice and friendly! overall, I would say that their food options to add into hot pot is plentiful but i was looking for udon noodles which they did not have! The soup that they provided is very different which I appreciated aka tom yum - which is not common for these individual bowl style. but I must say that the soup was a little bit more salty overtime than I would've liked! I would definitely stop by again and id say the ambiance is very casual and chill.

tips: mainly street parking or metered parking within the plaza itself one unisex bathroom available good for friends and family! hot pot or chinese...

My new favorite place! The broth is so satisfying - it is so flavorful and has just the right amount of numbing spice. Highly recommend the beef bone broth soup base with either medium spicy or spicy. The Szechuan spicy base is good too! You can choose from a variety of meats, seafood, veggies and noodles. Pick whichever ingredients you want as long as it meets the minimum 0.8 lbs (they charge you by weight) The service is top notch here. The staff is super friendly and they go above and beyond! It’s so good that we came back a week after trying it for the first time!
