Arrived with high expectations and they went up after spending almost $20 for the smaller bacon cheeseburger, regular fries, and a strawberry shake with a small tip. Asked for specific burger toppings but somehow a load of onions made their way onto my burger. They served my meal to me without the $5 shake, so I had to ask for it and wait longer for them to complete the order. A very casual staff that lacks attention to detail and precision even when getting paid OT on Labor Day. Baffled that such poor service can happen at this price point! Updated: orders for takeout are never ready on time, almost as if theres a policy against being ready when the customer arrives. Best burgers on the Central Coast if your lookin for a real burger. Though the food is fast, it's not a fast food restaurant by any means. So glad to have a five guys in our county. I fell in love with these burgers while traveling back and forth to Chicago. That they sear their burgers on an ultra hot 480 degree grill decir in the flavor makes them taste delicious. All the toppings on their list are included.
