Press Quesadilla Grill — Restaurant in San Luis Obispo

This was a total surprise in all the right ways. Tortillas are made fresh daily, you pick the ingredients you want and they assemble it right in front of you (Blaze Pizza style) before press/grilling it. I felt like you get value for the price too. Really flavorful salsa and sauces and the staff was really friendly and efficient. The location is clean and atmosphere was chill. It was so good, I forgot to take pics, sorry. Finally, a local place for great quesadilla, burrito, build your own bowl with plenty parkings - close to California market.

They have the same proteins as Chipotle, with four different kinds of delicious sauces. We ordered the quesadilla, and it was huge, tasty, crunchy, and served in a nice recycled box.

Very reasonable price.

The service is very fast with happy, friendly staff. There are plenty of sitting areas with large windows and high ceilings.

Lunchtime for the first time. Steak/Chicken "Dilla" loaded with whatever I wanted. Taste was on-point with exceptional flavor. No shortcuts on quality.
