Casa de Don Lorenzo — Restaurant in San Marcos

My name’s John Alex Sanchez today I went to casa de Lorenzo, when I got my goody bag. My tacos were wrapped differently than I remembered and they were labeled with napkins and taped on someone’s taking the time to put that extra love in the food. Oh and the food!!! Omg if that’s not mi abuelitas cooking in the kitchen!!!! My tortillas were toasted which always when done right makes a dramatic effect on the taste of the taco. Now down to the best part for any VAQUEROS the green salsa was definitely homemade it had a taste of sweet and the spice to it was perfected!!! If you haven’t been to CASA DE LORENZO you need to come have breakfast! I recommend the chorizo, egg, potatoes & cheese taco it’s special in my opinion🤌🏼🌹 Ps. I didn’t take pictures because I got to the truck and geared up a bit with joy when I saw the inside of my taco bag then I ate as the world came to a slow because it tasted so...

So I stopped by this taco place one morning on the way to the job site and place my order. Mind you it is winter cold and it's morning and we're in a bright room and there's a lot of people eating and I see a roach with a cane and Top Hat gallivanting across the dining room away from the cash register. I ordered two tacos and two Cokes and I cancel the order for my tacos. They seemed upset but didn't argue with me about it as they were cockroaches crawling through their establishment on a winter day in broad daylight so you can't tell me there's not a terrible infestation going on there specially when the staff won't even argue with me about it, which they would if it was a fluke. I decide to pay for my two bottles of soda and they charged me 8 bleeping dollars for it, give me a break. Don't go there get away from there they are Petty and Cockroach infested and there's plenty of places...

This used to be my wife and I’s go to place for breakfast, dining in is good, but ordering to go is a nightmare. I called ahead, still had to wait 5 minutes after a 10 minute drive. Once I got home, I noticed a pool of grease in my car seat and all over the bag, they had given me the wrong order and the chorizo tacos had leaked through the bag. I called them to see about getting the right order, and the lady insisted that I bring all of the tacos back so that they could see what was wrong. I make the 10 minute drive back to the restaurant, and the lady assured me that I will get a fresh order of food for all 8 tacos that I got for my family, not just the 4 that were incorrect. I take her word for it, get home, and the 4 tacos that are correct are still in the bag, half ass wrapped, and cold. It will be a while before I come back here, and I will never order...
