Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Marcos

I got here all the time Nd for the most part have NO complaints... However, is it just me or does the pizza seem way too flat😶 it used to be a decent amount of bread and a little puff un the crust... I get sad faced when I realize how flat it is. As for the customer service... Its good, but I will say that my last visit wasnt all too pleasant. Um guessing the girl at the register was super new, never seen her before. I asked for the lunch combo and she didnt know what it was... Understandable if it was her first day... I ordered my food then went to sit down. Two ppl came in and got their hot and ready orders and two more ppl ordered than sat down. 15 minutes later the ppl who came in after me got what they ordered... I waited patiently as the girl kept walking to the back and coming back to the front, starring at me when she did so. 10 more minutes passed and I stood up to ask what was going on with my food. The girl looks at me like shes seeing me for the first time and says, what was it you ordered? I say the combo and she goes to the bk abd asked the guy making the pizzas what a combo was... He tells her and she goes for a FULL deep dish. Of course the guy was like NNOOO... He got the deep dish, opened it and took out have as he explained to her its supposed to be half, which she was told at least twice before when I ordered by myself and a manager. The guy put the half in the propper box and handed it to me himself.

And the time before it was another girl... As I sat waiting a guy comes in, she walked back and forth from the counter to the back where for some reason is sliceing up pies instead of helping the guy... After about a good 3 or so minutes the guy cussed under his breath a left. I just kept thing how bad it was for the business. Less than a minute passed when a woman enters and walks up to the counter... Right away the girl goes up to the register and takes the order. My jaw dropped a little... Not really sure what that was about, but this girl also had a little attitude.

BUT... For the most part the ppl at this location are on top...

Worst location. The wait is always super long yet you can see everyone in the back just standing around. I placed an order through they're app since they never answer the phone. Waited over an hour for 2 pizzas. When i got there the order was still not ready. I asked the lady in the front how much longer and she never gave me an answer she just walked to the back and came back and helped other customers. I waited 10 minutes and asked her again how much longer it would be and was told it would still be another 10 minutes . At that point I just wanted a refund because the wait was ridiculous. The lady said that they could not process online refunds that I would have to call customer service. I went outside and tried to find the number online but could not. So I go back inside and ask her for the number that I should call she goes to the back and her manager comes up and ask what the issue was and said that he could give me a return right then and there. I told him that the lady before Said that they couldn't do that and he just ignored what I said and gave me my return. The whole time the lady was very dismissive never once apologized for the wait and then lied about not being able to refund my order. I wouldnt advise anyone to come to this location it just sucks they never have anything done and they have an attitude on top of everything. Better off making a drive to kyle or NB you would probably get better...

I called in an order over the phone but immediately had an unpleasant vibe from the tone of the person taking my order. That should have been my first red flag but i figured I'd give them a try because i was shopping next door. I went in to pick up my order, which was just 1 pretzel pizza and order of bread. Usually i rarely find the need to look inside the box but something told me to check this time so i did. To my horror, this was the most sad disgrace of a pittiful "pizza" I'd ever seen. And I've had little Caesars many times in the past, so this was shocking. This was no pretzel crust, if you could even say it had crust at all ... It was absolutely dry and shriveled up, it looked brown and burnt little edges with non-existant crust. The pizza itself was flat as a paper and looked like someone just threw this monstrosity together. I have no idea who boxed that and thought it was presentable for anyone to eat. Unfortunately, for the first time ever, i asked for a refund on my pizza and planned to go to a different location instead. It took over 10 minutes for the manager to come up front to refund me. She did not seem friendly or even apologetic, but did offer to replace the pizza. Which i declined because they had taken so many orders making me wait before them for the refund and honestly i lost faith they'd do it right. Finally i got my refund and went on my way. Sad to say, I wouldn't recommend...
